The jeweler told me that they used a saudering technique that is actually really sloppy and that one of my tiny side diamonds was missing and filled with sauder because they probably couldn't get it to be set back in. When he pointed that out I was furious because they never gave me back my diamond. He also pointed out how all of the little ones where loose and that my center stone wasn't tightened down properly either. Please if you want someone to absolutely destroy your jewelry take it here. They claimed their markup was $2.xx over spot but when i asked what i could get for $95 I was given $2.30 face value and no change or calculations by the staff. I was in a hurry and had a long drive home so i figured they would be professional but i was very wrong. The hand written receipt reads "2.3 90% $95". Even at $54/oz i was overcharged by at least $5. I will NEVER return again. I will drive 90min one way to reputable shops from now on to keep them in business. IMO this place is full of scammers and thieves.
