She will call me back. No call, three weeks. I leave a threatening message that I will be coming in and if I don't have my bracelet my next stop will be the police. Show up, no bracelet, relay my concerns. Young woman says it's in a locked office that she can't enter. Fine, get a call back that it's ready, go in and collect my bracelet. Three weeks to one month. During this I notice my voucher says "anything left longer than 60 days will be considered abandoned". So that's the scheme, I guess. Wonder how much merchandise there is ill gotten goods. But I have taken my wedding ring to another jewelry store just 20 minutes south and the final cost for repairs was HUNDREDS of dollars less than the quote I got from Silverton Jewelers and they succeeded in doing the job in less than 2 weeks while Silverton Jewelers had my ring for months and never got it finished. So I strongly recommend not using this store for repairs!
