Asked the girl (Andrea) how much she informed me it is " $8.99 for 6 week healing - $12.99 for rapid healing. Get to register $72.00 total cost. When I asked why such a difference in price? That's how much it is to pierce ears. What's the $8.99-$12.99 price? The earrings. What a scam! Called corporate office about this situation: In order to give me a refund I'd have to remove the earrings from my daughter and return them to the store. YIKES!!!! Or I can wait 3 weeks until her ears heal then come back to the store to get a refund. Andrea is the sales person who misinformed me. I will NEVER shop there again and advice anyone looking to get there ears pierced at Claires beware. The total price is NOT listed anywhere and the associates will mislead you.

It's filled with racks and racks of every style of lingerie and they have plenty of sizes. -I can't say the same for VS. Their inventory is always abysmal. I'm a very old fashioned woman in many ways. I love me some thigh high stockings and garter belts. Especially under skirts and dresses when nobody knows my sexy secret but me. I love sleeping in silk and lace. I just can't help myself. I'm all woman. And this place has plenty of stuff for someone who is all woman. They also have a huge selection of toys. Those come with 5 yr warranties. (Take a pic of your receipt) A lady can never have too many of those. You laugh, but you know it's true. Lots of stuff for bachelorette parties. More pasties than I think I've ever seen and a whole wall of hosiery. This place isn't fancy, but as lingerie stores go, it's not really raunchy either. No need to clutch your pearls.

I always stop here before a trip, especially a girls trip away. Soma wear is typically higher priced than what you might find in a TJ Maxx or Ross Store, but I return to Soma for the lasting quality and reliable fashion I have come to know here. There is also a Soma store at Woodfield Mall, but my favorite location is here at The Arboretum of South Barrington. The sales staff here are always helpful and friendly without being over-bearing or persistent. Be sure to check out the sales racks in back and join their mailing list to watch for rewards points and special coupons for even greater value. On my last visit, I spent around $60, but I had $35 in coupons. I also appreciate the good quality paper shopping bags Soma uses and often reuse, recycled or use them as gift bags.

I thought it was terrible. I have purchased bras before from Soma and have loved their service…read more There was a sale online so purchased 5 bras. I could not remember my size, so I ordered what I thought would fit. Every bra fit incorrectly. Not a big deal, I went to the store to exchange them. There was a woman being trained. She clearly was not ready to be on her own but they left her to take care of me for most of my experience. 1st she tried to tell me that I didn't purchase one of my bras there. (She didn't bother asking the associate that was training her, she just assumed because they didn't sell that particular bra in their store that it wasn't from Soma)The associate had to correct her. Instead of asking, because she had no clue, she proceeded to tell me that I could not take that particular bra back through the store, but that I needed ship it back and contact the company the way that way had purchased it. Again, the associate had to correct her. (The associate was in the back and I had to ask her to go and verify that I could not return it in the store) As I was trying on the bras they did have in stock, she took forever to find them. I love Soma bras but every single bra she gave me from one of their lines was misshapen, it looked like it was crushed. She not only made up answers instead of asking when she did not know, she had a slight attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Needless to say I returned 3 out of the 5 bras. I'm not going to pay good money for misshapen bras and bad service. I have not been back since and am still debating if I even want to go back and give it another try.

Asked in store if I could use them- they said I would have to call 1-888-lasenza to get them switched to current computer system as the gift cards are too old and incompatible with current system. I called and was asked to email a picture of the cards- one which is brand new $50 (still attached to paper tag) and another which is partial (about $31). the first email from "Brie" stated: "Since it's been over 5 years, we're unable to verify the balance on this card. However, I'd love to offer you a 15% promo code for your next purchase! You can use this code alongside any other promotions we have on our website." After much back and forth, the most recent email states they were able to verify that the card has zero balance. How is it that first you were unable to check the card balance and now you're telling me there is zero balance?? That is BS. So anyone with gift cards older than 2019, you have just lost all your money to this unworthy company. The company just stole about $80 from my gift cards with no product in return. It is sad that this is a Canadian company. They need more training in Customer service- perhaps from American counterparts who are thriving. I will never give one more penny to this company. Buyers beware- DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam by changing their computer systems claiming they are invalid. The money is still valid. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Rowan for this particular piercing…read more I had my upper cartilage professionally pierced at Rowan last November, and almost 10 months later, it still has not healed. The piercing is also noticeably crooked/angled, and the jewelry sits down inside the fold of my ear, making it look awkward and difficult to see. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have been extremely careful with it. I've consistently followed aftercare instructions and have used a piercing pillow since the day I got it pierced specifically to prevent pressure while sleeping. I also have other cartilage piercings that I did myself that have healed much better and are much straighter. At this point, I don't believe this is simply a case of cartilage "taking a long time to heal." The placement itself appears to be the issue. After nearly 10 months, I'm now having to consider having another professional piercer evaluate it and potentially letting it close so it can be repierced correctly. I'm honestly disappointed because I paid a professional specifically because I expected the placement to be done correctly. I would have much rather been told that my anatomy wasn't suitable for the placement I wanted than end up with a piercing that I'm unhappy with and may ultimately have to remove. I'm not leaving this review because I expect every piercing to heal perfectly--I understand that complications happen. I'm leaving it because the placement has been an ongoing problem, despite me doing everything I could to care for it.
