Literally the WORST manager I have ever experienced at any store in my life. Ever. Do NOT buy…read moreanything from these people. Brought a broken chain back under warranty and she told me "it's not in the system" and the part that broke off had the stores "insignia" which is a lie considering the company name is not on any of the jewelry. She was more concerned it wasn't real gold and not the item I had purchased. She told me there's nothing she can do and didn't offer any suggestions or ask me to check for a receipt or email. When we found the broken piece, it not only didn't have the company's name, but it showed it was 10k gold and made in Italy. That's it. When I came back, it was only THEN she asked if I had the receipt or email to show it was under warranty, which I did and handed her my phone with the email. After showing her this, she proceeded to ask "what do you want to do then?" And I replied "a replacement?" And she said "we don't have that in stock", without even checking. So I had to ask what I could do, in which she said I could look at other similar pieces without showing me or even moving a muscle. There was no help. No accommodation. No nothing but attitude and rudeness. She kept my phone in her hand during this time, which I literally had to ask for back. And then she said as the store manager that I could go to another store, which I HAPPILY am. There was no help with my issue and all she gave was more issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Why purchase a warranty if you have to prove it's your piece of jewelry that you purchased when it's broken off?

The girl up front named KeKe was very friendly and sweet she helped me pick out the one with a good fit . I usually see Kassandra or Kayla I have had good experiences with them as well. They also have a huge selection of lounge fly backpacks and wallets, socks with different sayings, t shirts and clothes towards the back of the store, coffee mugs and decor. We made an appointment ahead of time which was easy to schedule over the phone. We had to sign some paperwork and pay first and then we were taken back to the piercing room. I forget the name of the girl who pierced us but she was nice and pretty informative. BJP gets a bad reputation for not being a "real" tattoo/piercing shop so I will say I was a little nervous (even though I've had stuff done here before) but I feel like she did a great job. Placement is good and the process itself really wasn't all that painful at all. Overall a good experience and we're both happy with our piercings!

She calls herself a manager but wouldn't print me receipts of a purchase I made a few months prior, straight up just looked me up and down and said "no."She makes a comment about how small my ring is every time I go to get it clean. Like who the fuck wants to hear that and what kind of jeweler says that? Her behavior and attitude is DISGUSTING and if you're of any sort of colorjust avoid this place because she will treat you even worse it seems like.( my fiancé who is white never has an issue with her, but when I go in with my fiancé there's an attitude/rudeness all of a sudden.) I worked with a company to get a ring & shes been terrible even to them so they had to make a complaint about her as well. Just go to the sumner one or at least avoid Rhonda as best as possible if you want a good ring or jewelry shopping experience.

I snagged a pair of lobe piercings for just $110 and two adorable flash tattoo pieces, each for $100--black and white shading included. Not only were the prices unbeatable, but the experience itself was truly something special. First of all, the studio is just a quick 10-minute drive from me, and the fact that it's run by an all-women staff (with one male apprentice) was a huge plus for me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and the coziest atmosphere you can imagine. The lobby was filled with plushies, and it felt more like stepping into a high-end art studio than a typical tattoo parlor. None of that stale, beer-smelling vibe I've unfortunately encountered at other shops--this place was all about comfort and creativity. I've been tattooed quite a bit over the years, and I can honestly say this experience was unlike any other. It felt like a place I'd hang out with my friends rather than just a shop. Doe, who handled my piercings, was incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by giving me a mini consultation about a blowout I had from gauging my ear last year. Not only did she offer advice on how to restretch it, but she also suggested something unique for my second lobe piercing so it wouldn't just be another standard third hole. Her creativity and genuine care made me feel truly seen and special, which I deeply appreciate. For my tattoos, I was paired with Drea, who was just the sweetest ray of sunshine. We had so much in common, and our conversations flowed naturally. I've had artists who either barely talk or overshare, but Drea hit the perfect balance, making me feel completely at ease. She also shared that their studio is family friendly, and even has a baby gate and Disney + for shorter appointments! I left the studio not only with stunning new ink but also with the feeling that I'd made new friends. If you're in the market for some fresh ink or piercings, do yourself a favor and check out Choyce Ink Studio. They'll treat you like family and make your experience unforgettable.
