However, if you buy a faulty item and want to get a refund then get ready for a whole load of hassle. Only the manager can issue refunds but he is never around. Before he will refund you the item will have to be returned to the supplier for inspection. I have currently been waiting for two weeks to be refunded on a faulty item, after two promises that I would be refunded at different stages and numerous conversations to staff who seem embarrassed to work there. I've now been told that the manager is away and may be back on Tuesday, anyway I'm not hopeful that I'll get my £90 back any time soon. Think twice before you buy anything from this shop.

I stopped here to get some gifts for my wife and son and it really did the job. For such a small shop (by American standards anyway) this store really does have something for everyone. The only thing i don't like about this shop is that they always have a scary looking security guard standing at the front entrance. Far better to have this done by a professional piercer (with a needle) than by a teenage girl who has had 5 minutes instruction on how to use a piercing gun, whilst sitting in the window of a crowded shop.

This shop is probably best avoided on a Saturday when it is overflowing with teenage girls.
