However, if you buy a faulty item and want to get a refund then get ready for a whole load of hassle. Only the manager can issue refunds but he is never around. Before he will refund you the item will have to be returned to the supplier for inspection. I have currently been waiting for two weeks to be refunded on a faulty item, after two promises that I would be refunded at different stages and numerous conversations to staff who seem embarrassed to work there. I've now been told that the manager is away and may be back on Tuesday, anyway I'm not hopeful that I'll get my £90 back any time soon. Think twice before you buy anything from this shop.

I stopped here to get some gifts for my wife and son and it really did the job. For such a small shop (by American standards anyway) this store really does have something for everyone. There is a Claire's accessoires on the High Street which is much bigger and easier to look around. Even though this shop is small they still manage to pack quite a bit in and they have a large range of hair accessories and jewellery. The staff here are very young but seem friendly enough. They offer ear piercing at this store, but personally i would think you would be better off going to a proper salon for piercings.

Although people tend to think of them as expensive i don't think the jewellery is any more expensive than any other high street clothing shop and they do offer a lot more choice in here. The only thing i don't like about this shop is that they always have a scary looking security guard standing at the front entrance.
