But I managed to break 2 anyway. No fault of the manicure. I didn't want tips. So she suggested just the pink from my French, and added sparkle. You can't tell I have 2 really short nails. The last time i was in was my very last time there. I had an appointment, but an hour and a half later they were still taking people ahead of me. My husband & his caregiver were waiting for me in the car, & he was being charged for her time at $40 an hour, while she did nothing but wait for me. Finally I left and just walked out. I had been a customer for 2-3 years and tipped well, along with many gifts for the tech. I don't know who kept sending her clients ahead of me, oh, well...... there are many other salons! Stopped by for the first time. The ladies were super nice and the place quiet and clean. A bit overpriced compared to other places. Basic pedicure, nails clipping and filing was $35. I also did my nails, filing, clipping and gel polish was $35. Then, when it was time to pay, I was told it's an extra 15 to remove my acrylic nails; mind you this is after she hurt my nail to the point I was bleeding. All I can say is that I really enjoyed my time at this nail salon. It is a little smaller however the 3 ladies I met were wonderful. One worked on my full set acrylics, she was so gentle and fast. I love how ombré my nails came out. The Second Lady that worked on my pedicure was so nice! The massage and hot stones were perfect. The third woman was the one that I spoke with asking if you they were accepting walk ins. I recommend calling ahead to see if they can fit you in. It did get a little crowded at one point but they couldn't see everyone at once. I didn't mind waiting at all, it was my day off and I was looking to relax. Thanks!! Best place to go to keep your feet healthy and clean, and the ladies are always honest with great services in good spirits thank you guys!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review and I will not be returning. I got a full set and there were multiple problems. 1. The technician did not wear a mask to protect herself from particles while using the nail drill set. The particles from this procedure are very bad for lung health, and while this does not impact the customer, it does impact the technician's health when this practice is done over many years. 2. The nail brushes at the sink were in a disinfectant solution that was unclean. The disinfectant solution was a murky green instead of the blue that is expected with good hygiene. 3. I was asked four times if I wanted a flower, which I did not want. I get asking once, but by the third time I was irritated, and the technician continued to push the issue yet again. This showed a disrespect for the customer's wishes. read more

I was disappointed going to this place. I called earlier in the morning and asked if they had any appointments open for today or tomorrow, they told me they could get me in at 3pm same day, I thought great! Lucky me they had an opening. Told them wonderful and I'd see them there. Showed up at 2:50 and told them I was here for my appointment. They told me to take a seat. I then sat next to two other women- unsure if they were walk ins or appointments that were waiting. About 4 min after waiting another client walked in and stated she also was checking in for an appointment at 3pm. I thought that was odd, that they would schedule 2 3pm appointments when they only had 3 people working. She stated she had work at 4pm so asked since there was so many people waiting would they be able to get her done before then, I didn't work today so I didn't say anything about me having a scheduled appointment too and that I was there first, figured I'd let her go first and I'd wait a bit longer. They sat her at a nail station. I found it odd as well that they would except that many walk ins around that time knowing they had 2 appointments coming in. Or schedule that many appointments at the same time. I and the other 3pm appointments ended up walking out after waiting for 15 minutes. Never had this experience at a salon before and likely will not go back. read more

Well, nice and clean. Customer service passable. Thing is.. no concern for what I might need. Hard to communicate. Im trying to rehabilitate my nails. I chose taking off acrylic and going short with dip. She didn't cover dip powder well, it was thin and patchy. As she's completing. She tells me It might not work out because you have to take it down to the nail everytime. As she finished I said something about a bad spot. She unwillingly fixed it. I paid $50 with 20%tip Im heading out to car and a chip has happened on my thumb nail. WT Heck?? I had no time to go back. Two days later 3 more chips on thumbs and middle finger. A week later I spent 2hrs ill never get back grommeling of the dang dip and filing what's left of my nails down. I have work that needs doing with short nails. That plus years of too much crap like this with CK and Best nails. I'm done. You'll miss my money but I won't miss you lousy service. read more

A friend and I went in for pedicures which were mediocre at best. They didn't trim around our toenails and we were rushed through what should have been a relaxing experience. There was no time for polish to dry before the gal tried to put my sandals on over the toe dividers they use when applying polish and then got irritated when she smudged the polish and had to apply more. To kill two birds with one stone, I went here while my car was being serviced nearby. They were nice, not too busy. Prices were good, and the service is good. I'm just disappointed in the outcome. I got a mani/pedi with shellac on my hands just yesterday. Spent the day at the mall today so nothing laborious. They don't know how to properly remove acrylic nails. They use a fake nail to chip off the acrylic one. The pain made me cry so much. She ripped part of my nail off and left it all damaged and sensitive. I have never had a worse experience than this. I don't recommend this place at all. Tina Ly and everyone working there are AMAZING. So hard-working and truly kind people. They don't rush through your nails because they are perfectionists, so budget around an hour for a mani. Same with a pedicure, which do come with my favorite - hot stones! They never disappoint and you can tell they are very prideful of their work. The nail stations have plexiglass dividing you and the nail tech, and they spray down and disinfect the chairs and tables between people. I can't say enough great things about this place. A nurse at my doctors office referred me here because her nails were so beautiful. It was so important to me that I had unforgettable nails and hands for my getaway wedding since I wanted a picture of the rings. I saw Jenny and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she gave me better than that! She took her time and even enhanced them with a little bling and they were gorgeous! I got so many compliments! It was the hombre pink and white with coffin style shape. Seriously the pictures don't do them justice. The talent is great and I'm super happy with my nails although I had to call to tell them I was there for my 10am appointment. They open at 9:30am according to google and the sign in the door yet we went to the door and it was locked, all lights were off, and no one was there. That's when we called and they said they would be on their way. They arrived 5 minutes after our appointment and still had to set up. You should be there early and make sure your things are taken care of. Another thing to add was, they weren't wearing their masks. Disappointed in the customer service. Well, my nails needed caring and I found out this salon was closed on sunday so I went to a different nail salon and boy have I regretted this. They do a decent job on your nails but have serious scheduling issues. I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get a manicure and pedicure and sat waiting with my feet in water for 45 minutes while they did my daughters nails and kept taking more walk in customers before me. My water got freezing and I would have left if I were alone. I even spoke up to ask when they were coming and they said when they were done with everyone's nails...which was another 20 minutes...clearly appointments don't matter. read more

Not a very clean place. The pedicure was ok. It was too fast and no extra perks (massage, hot stone, hot paraffin, scrub). My manicure was awfull. This guy spent about 5 minutes on my manicure. The regular nail polish took forever to dry. I was there for 20 minutes trying to dry the nail polish and it never did. An hour later it was still getting smeared. read more

This is my designated nail salon! ONLY place I'll go to and I mean it. They are are awesome, always have a fun time chatting with everyone while I'm there. They know me by name, plus I tip them well because I appreciate the quality of their work and their customer service! They actually take their time and do a great job. I recommend this place to all my friends. Every 2-3 weeks I get a fill and tag them on Instagram. The only negative I have to say is that the guy that works there is obnoxious, and talks profoundly and sexually and acts unprofessional. He makes the spa not very kid friendly... A woman was celebrating her birthday alone in the nail salon, and one of the owners went to buy her a cupcake from the bakery next door.
