I placed my order though their order screens were somewhat confusing. It was a hit or miss search for what we wanted to order and many things were sold out. No clear sign or direction as to where to go do what. They weren't busy! After waiting nearly 20 minutes I went up and asked for my drinks. They could find the order for one, but not the other. After watching the staff looking for a ticket, I finally said never mind, just give me a water. After asking again, they got half my food out but we're waiting for my wife's food. By the time hers got out, mine was cold. Once I sat down I checked my receipt an sure enough, I had been charged for the missing drink. I went to ask about it and was told it was self serve. I found no tea so I went back up and was told it was in the fountain machine. I finally found it only to have it dispense water. I went to report that. Mind you my wife had finished her meal and I at my cold meal as well. They said they would go change the box. I said just refund it. I've had better meals and service at McDonald's! Ag least my entire meal comes at at the same time and at the same place. Corporate needs to send a secret shopper in to see just how bad it is.
