There was no offer to sit my box on the counter while I was waiting for him.. He scanned a QR code on my phone, it didn't work and he was like I can't help you. I lightened my screen and asked him to scan it again and it worked. He told me that they would not accept my box and I had to purchase a label from them. I said okay no problem. After I paid for the label and was preparing to leave he reminded me to take my box. I responded that I planned to take the box and that he needed to relax and calm down. I went back today (they are closed on Sunday and close at 2pm on Saturday) and showed them my receipt. I noticed in their computer the real price versus what I was charged. The tracking number was also different. Thats bad business and I will make sure to use the local USPS from now on.
