    Jim has been my agent for several years now. He's got my car and my house, and I've never had bad…read moreservice from him or any of his other agents. Today, I found out that the Low Gas light on my car is apparently broken. I found this out, sadly, by running out of gas on my way to the gas station. Fortunately, I broke down in the street right in front of Jim's office. Crazy, but true. A very nice police officer showed up shortly thereafter. I mentioned that office, right over there, is my agent's - and I was just going to call for road service. Turns out Jim was the officer's agent, too, so we both headed over instead. I let the receptionist - who I found out later was Jim's daughter - know what was up, and rather than call for a tow, she offered to drive me the short jog over to Meijer, where I grabbed a gas can ($9? Seriously?!) and some fuel. Anyway, it was pretty much above and beyond what I expected. I hoped they'd just call for a tow, but all things considered, this was 100% better. Just great service from a great agent.

The other driver was also represented via State Farm. I was clipped by another driver as I started to "veer" over (not crossing the marked lines). It was a construction zone and the other driver had switched over to the turn lane and sped up to pass illegally. He was trying to leapfrog back into my lane. The other driver then tried to leave the scene. I had to pursuit him to get him to pull over. Because I said the word "veer", I was found to be at fault. I called "my agent" (Jim Spachman) to describe what had happened. He told me that there is/was nothing he could do to help. Like a good neighbor? More like the sleazy local bill collector! While someone like myself, that struggles with monthly finances (because of things like insurance rate increases), Jim is off on another fun and sunny vacation. Thanks Jim! Hope you choke!

I often have questions and Justin or his amazing staff answer or respond to every email in what feels like 30 mins or less lol. Justin has annual meetings where we discuss and review all the polices, it's basically a savings party because I almost always come out with some new discount lol. Nothing but great things to say about Justin and his staff, I am a lifetime customer and do not see a day where I woukd switch. The low ball $25/mo fly by night companies look intriguing, but when your 20k roof blows off or you wreck you brand new car, trust me, you want Justin and Country backing you up!!!!

It was very simple and everything was explained very well. I went back in to switch to full coverage not long ago and again, it was very quick and simple just like it should be. Any time I have a question I get prompt replies and everything gets answered and taken care of. When I got into an accident a few weeks ago I went into the office the next day to file my claim. I filed my claim with Justin himself. The process was very quick and stress free and Justin explained all of the steps and answered all of my questions. He took the stress right off my shoulders and said everything was out of my hands now and insurance would handle everything. I had a call from the adjuster just a few hours later and had payment in my hands two days later and my car fixed in less than a week. Justin and his staff were very patient with my gobs of questions knowing I had never filed a claim before and answered everything. Country was great to deal with ( State farm on the other hand was very difficult since the other driver had them). I highly recommend Justin, you won't be disappointed.
