I often have questions and Justin or his amazing staff answer or respond to every email in what feels like 30 mins or less lol. Justin has annual meetings where we discuss and review all the polices, it's basically a savings party because I almost always come out with some new discount lol. Nothing but great things to say about Justin and his staff, I am a lifetime customer and do not see a day where I woukd switch. The low ball $25/mo fly by night companies look intriguing, but when your 20k roof blows off or you wreck you brand new car, trust me, you want Justin and Country backing you up!!!!

Justin and his staff are very knowledgeable, kind and just all around the best around. I switched…read moreto Country from Progressive because of the good things I had heard and decided to do it. It was very simple and everything was explained very well. I went back in to switch to full coverage not long ago and again, it was very quick and simple just like it should be. Any time I have a question I get prompt replies and everything gets answered and taken care of. When I got into an accident a few weeks ago I went into the office the next day to file my claim. I filed my claim with Justin himself. The process was very quick and stress free and Justin explained all of the steps and answered all of my questions. He took the stress right off my shoulders and said everything was out of my hands now and insurance would handle everything. I had a call from the adjuster just a few hours later and had payment in my hands two days later and my car fixed in less than a week. Justin and his staff were very patient with my gobs of questions knowing I had never filed a claim before and answered everything. Country was great to deal with ( State farm on the other hand was very difficult since the other driver had them). I highly recommend Justin, you won't be disappointed.

I've been using Sila Accounting for over 10 years and am always pleased. They are a "no-frills"…read moreaccounting office that doesn't make you pay a lot for some fancy office or etc. As my tax preparers for personal and business, they've regularly done a predictable and good job for me. I was audited one time several years ago, my preparer joined me at the audit and walked through everything with the IRS rep, no problem. If you're looking for the fancy guy you'll see at happy hour flailing his jewel encrusted bracelet in the air as he waves to all people he knows - you won't find him at Sila Accounting. Just simple accountants doing their job and always seeming to find me more deductions. :)

There are times in life when you need the help of a tax professional. Unfortunately for me I found…read moreout to late that Charles Sila is no professional. I dropped my business and personal taxes off February 15. On March 1 I began the dailly phone calls, only to find none of them ever returned. On March 15 my business taxes were past due. Still I tried calling everyday. On April 1 I finally got an appointment to meet with him. After waiting for an hour he finally came out only to tell me that he had lost them. He said he would call me as soon as he found them. April 10 came and went with no phone call so on April 15 I went into his office. His receptionist went back there for 20 minutes and comes out to hand me a folder with nothing done. I couldnt believe it 2 months and the coward couldnt even look me in the eye. Never do business with him it will only leave you frustrated and stressed out and he will not even return a phone call!!!
