Every time I call, whoever answers is always so nice and pleasant and assures me she will try to expedite my refund. Yet... nothing. Do NOT do business with this law firm. They don't give a damn about you.

Absolutely worst law firm I have ever dealt with!! Went in for bankruptcy and paid retainer…read moreimmediately even though I explained it may take a bit to get everything actually ready to file but wanted to be prepared and have any fees taken care of while I had the funds to avoid any issues at a later time. Later on in the year my mother passed away and left me an inheritance that left me unable to file bankruptcy as I had the funds to make arrangements going forward. The attorney I spoke with was very friendly and said if bankruptcy wasn't an option anymore they could issue a refund..I wanted a few months as instructed to give time for them to process the refund..then when reaching out to followup I kept getting a receptionist who would take a message and ensure a callback but none would ever come. This continued for 6MONTHS!! 2 -3 calls a week with not 1 return phone call. Finally after 6months someone finally responded and said they would work on it..when finally getting the refund they only refunded the filing fee and claimed ALL other funds were used for their services..majority of which being a charge for taking creditor calls..bear in mind..I hadn't even submitted the list of creditors..took the required credit class or anything beyond just a consultation. When calling to ask about the charges I got a very rude rep who wouldn't even identify herself but merely said you signed a contract and I don't know or care what anyone else told you..this is all your entitled to and hung up. Absolutely most unprofessional law firm/business I have EVER dealt with and I strongly advise anyone looking for representation to run FAR AWAY AND QUICK before considering retaining these crooks. They will only be responsive when it benefits them. Anything beyond that they will ignore messages, refuse callbacks and get attitude when you finally actually get someone on the line.

After about 6-9 months, we had a situation that required a lawyer. I reached out to Finegan requesting a discussion. I reached out May 7th. No response. I sent a follow up on June 18th and also asked if he had time to discuss the case. I got a response on June 25th stating he has no time to discuss the case. To be clear, I'm not mad about someone having a caseload. I'm mad about the complete lack of clarity and communication. I do not recommend this firm.

When looking for a great criminal defense attorney look no further than John Prior and The Prior…read moreLaw Firm. I am a current client and had a case brought against me. It was a very sensitive case that involved alleged sexual abuse. John took my case and made it his top priority. He and his staff took the time to investigate the allegations against me as well as put in countless hours of case law review to counter what the state had presented as evidence. Johns commitment with the case including all the motions filed, the endless number of phone conversations we had as well as in office visits going over my case were well woth it in the end. The result of the outcome decided by a jury of 12 was a Verdict of NOT GUILTY. In my mind you will not find a more dedicated attorney to represent an individual and go out of their way to help. The sacrifices his family had to endure while he prepared for trial were countless. This included his weekends, late nights and early morning preperations he spent away from them to work on my case. I thank them deeply for their sacrifice. Once again I would highly recommend John Prior as your attorney. Thanks again for your services John! Chris Bowling
