Last week was my first and last visit to this salon. I walked in and was seen within about 20 minutes. I initially planned to get an acrylic refill, but after removing the acrylic, I noticed a fungal infection on my nail. I informed the technician that I preferred to let my nail breathe instead of applying anything that might worsen the issue. After I made this decision, her attitude noticeably changed. She handled my hands roughly and continued suggesting acrylics or polish even after I explained that my nail needed to heal. I found this unprofessional and concerning. Less than a week later, my nail beds are very painful and sensitive, likely from being over-filed. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will NOT be returning. read more

Worst nail Absolutely terrible experience. From the beginning, I clearly explained and showed the design and colors I wanted. I repeatedly tried to communicate with the nail tech doing my nails, asking her to clean the cuticles and excess skin, but she ignored me and kept rushing the service. I couldn't even tolerate her finishing because she was doing such a poor job. She kept distracting the situation by asking about colors they didn't even have, including the exact color I requested. I decided to stop the service, yet they still charged me the full amount. On top of that, they charged extra for French tips -- which they clearly do not know how to do. The French was thick, crooked, and horribly done. My toes were left messy, with blue polish all over my skin. This place only cares about taking your money, not about quality or customer satisfaction. Rude, unprofessional, and not worth the price at all. Do not recommend. read more

I told them i wanted fell polish over my natural nails and they kept trying to change it to me getting acrylic overlay.I showed a picture of the color and the lady said no that's only acrylic overlay.I told her no picked out the exact same color and she did it. she was rude the whole time and even tried doing them round when i showed her and told her i wanted square. I got gel on my nails 3 days ago and they are already lifting and coming off. I got the most expensive pedicure and it was not good, between the guy repeatedly hitting my skin with the drill and there being next to none wax in the paraffin bag. On top of that my friend and I asked For the same color and they put 2 different color gels on our nails. Her nails are also lifting and chipping. My husband spent way too much money on this disappointment. read more

Just had the worst pedicure I ever had in my life. I was in the area and needed to waste some time and decided to get a pedicure. The lady that did it hurt me as she was doing my cuticles and took 2 phones calls and she's laughing saying she couldn't talk anymore because she was with a client and 5 minutes later stops to call another person. Then she starts complaining about about a fly that kept buzzing around, slapped my leg and said, "Got it". I'm just hoping that their instruments were clean and I don't get an infection. This place is fantastic. My nails stay on for weeks. I use my hands a lot at work and nails stay on staff is very nice.

Customer service isn't great at all. The man doing my dip drilled my nails down so fast and I had to stop him before he messed up my real nails underneath the dip. I had also asked for a pedicure and the man doing my dip just never checked to see how my nails was doing while it was soaking. The good thing was the guy doing my pedicure. I wouldn't recommend to come back or have others to come here. read more

I'm in town for the weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday and needed to get a mani pedi fast. I just happened on this place when a friend said it was the closest place to our house. I'm glad I came here. The service is absolutely fantastic. The nail tech I had, Courtney was fantastic. She took her time and did my nails perfectly. If I lived here I would for sure come to her all the time. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere and my tech was very pleasant to talk to and she made the experience even better. Usually when I get my nails done, after the service, I find something I don't like, but since Courtney took sick care, I just felt pampered and the services are very affordable. The salon is clean and has cool fitting art of the wall. The only thing I didn't like was that it has this strong smell of acetone, but it dissipates after a bit. read more

On their website it says OPEN ON SUNDAYS I went to get my nails done it was CLOSED the lady that sits in the front by the Door Waved her hand saying "WE CLOSE ON SUNDAYS" it was my BIRTHDAY and I wanted to get my nails and Eyebrows done. I went Back On 08/06/2019 and the lady asked me what service I wanted I said my eyebrows and nails she told me to wait 5 minutes I waited an additional 15minutes and she was still working on another customer rather than asking someone else to step In. read more

After dealing with 5 different nail spas in Lehigh Acres and at the Forum in Ft. myers, I finally found one that meets all of my needs. First, it's clean! Second,they disinfect their tools, the room where you get you eyebrows done, they replace the paper on the bed and you are the first to lay on it. And finally, great customer service. They welcome you, friendly smiles, and they make you feel like relaxed. You have to try them. I have my own business and have very high standards. This was my first time here and I chose it because of previous reviews and it was close to home. The staff here is so friendly and courteous. I got Lilly and she was plesant. Well... my nails were looking like they need to be dolled up. So since I live in Lehigh and I known of this salon I choose it. Worst decision I ever made my nails came out crappy and not straight. The nail tech didn't curve my nails and charged me $45 for gel nails and they look pathetic. I wish I hadn't come to this nail salon. Went to CJ's nails on a recommendation. Was very pleased with the service and the skill of my technician Tina. I like that they lined the bottom of the pedicure basins with a tight fitting plastic bag. Hot stone therapy and massaging was just what I needed. Will definitely return. read more

I went here today for the first time. I was very disappointed for a few reasons none of which had to do with my nails. I went to this salon because it said on their website that first time customers received 20% off of their first services. When I asked my tech about it when going from my pedicure to manicure I was told she had "worked there for three years and had never heard of any such thing." I told her nicely that it was on her website and that if they weren't going to honor it they may want to take it down. I offered to show her before I left as she kept insisting I was mistaken. After my pedicure I noticed that there was a stain on my dress. It seems as though when the tech was wrapping my fingernails with nail polish remover while in the pedicure chair (I had gel polish on my nails) she had accidentally spilt some on my dress. I mentioned it to her (again nicely) and was told that she was "sorry"... I was so upset that I didn't even show her the website before I went but I did take screen shots of the website and have attached them for reference. The really sad part is.. At the last minute I decided to give this place a try. I am very picky on the nail salons I go to because I am a licensed nail tech and don't just let anyone touch my nails. I went in to get a fill on my acrylic nails. I was seen right away. Everyone was very nice and nobody was just sitting around. If they didn't have a client they were cleaning something. When my baby started to get fussy one of the workers came over and talked to her until I was done. They are very reasonable in price as well. I will definitely be going back especially since it right around the corner from my house and very affordable. Next will be a pedicure! read more

My go to nail salon! I always ask for Tracy because she's amazing and always does what i ask for! Yes it gets crazy specially on weekends, that's why you should make an appointment before going in! If I could rate zero stars I would..I waited in there yesterday for an hour with no one else waiting..all free nail techs were either on their phones or getting their nails done themselves..I went in at 530 to get my eyelash extensions taken off and wasn't taken back until 645 ..the nail tech that put my lashes on wrong in the first place was the one to take them off..or rip them off I should say..now I'm left with swollen eyes with very few lashes..I will never be back read more

I had the pleasure of visiting CJ nails on 2/5/2014. I found them based on a random search for salons and even though just 2 reviews would make me cautious, the details of the reviews was sufficient to convince me to call them. When I called, the person who answered was pleasant and just eager to serve. I told her I'd be there at 4/4:30 and she said ok, we'll be here. I later called back, as I was running late, and I told her I'd be there at 5/5:30 and a similarly inviting response "ok, we'll be waiting for you". On my way, I called to confirm directions and was apologetic for running late but yet a similar response, don't worry, we'll wait. I saw a salon which was closer home and stopped there while on my journey and when I pushed the door I noticed the lady was sweeping up the store and she greeted me by saying "we're closed" then she asked what I wanted to have done. So I left and continued on my journey to CJ. Upon entering, everyone said hello and I was shown to a nail tech who was so pleasant; I even had a little cough and she asked "you ok, want me to get you water?". But beyond the pleasantry, my nails were done with detail and precision! I've not done my nails since Dec. 23 as I was waiting until I returned to Jamaica as I am VERY fussy about how my nails are done and CJ completely satisfied my "nail needs". I must mention too that the shop is clean, they disinfected their equipment, they used clean towel and paper napkin and even a brand new toe spacer I saw them take from the plastic. I guess by now it may be implied/shown that I'm quite detailed, I am!. Been a Customer Service Professional for over 16 years and my rating of 5 demands a lot. I have been coming here for 2 years like clockwork. I made an appointment with my favorite nail tech for a mani and pedi. I got there and they had booked me and another lady at the same time for the same nail tech. I made my appointment at 11 and the other lady made hers at 1 so in all fairness I was to go first. I ended up not getting my pedicure because they were already mad because I went first, so I settled on just the manicure. I sat in the char she kept saying sorry cause everytime I come in there are some types of issues. She proceeded to do my nails...as she starts to paint them ( with the dip polish) she said next time I do manicure for you this time I don't have time because she was in a hurry to get to the other lady b.c they are friends. By this time I was already so mad, but I didn't say anything. I go to pay and she still charged me $35 for the manicure that she did not do. All she did was sit me down and quickly painted my nails.
