I have to say getting here was quite the feat; as I am not from the area, and Industrial appeared to be a long road of auto shops, a thing I am not familiar with by any means. I was confused to enough where I called, but was greeted by a friendly employee, who said they would meet me outside to direct me where to go. Instructed to leave my keys, I was invited inside and went to the counter, where I registered everything and had a seat in their waiting area across the way. Thankfully there was a television, and some dance movie (Step Up 3 or something) was playing. Even though it was far from the beginning, I still watched since there was pretty much nothing else for me to do. A couple others were waiting for their cars, one had a laptop plugged in. Behind there were some vending machines and the restrooms; I point this out because other places where I have gotten my oil change do not have such extras so this was a good thing. Within the hour, I was out of there, and the girl working the front was super-sweet and helpful. Although I was initially quoted a lower price for the estimate, I forgot this was a larger vehicle than what I am accustomed to so of course required more oil so I wasn't put off by this. This is NOT an isolated incident, as others have reported similar experiences. I notified the shop immediately and provided photo documentation of the damage. Despite clear evidence, they REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, dismissively claiming that a disconnected coolant line does not cause overheating--a statement that raises even MORE concern at which point they ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CLEARLY CAUSED. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to a reputable shop to repair the damage at my own expense--on top of lost work time and unnecessary stress. Despite the harm they inflicted due to blatant carelessness, I'm giving them an opportunity to demonstrate integrity and make things right. I have reached out to the business to request reimbursement for the necessary repairs (~$700). If the issue is resolved appropriately, I will update this review to reflect that.

Very helpful on the phone, I was told if I came over soon, they would definitely service my van before the end of the day. Same day service with no prior appointment; we appreciated this so much! At first, I had trouble finding KAM due to the proximity of a popular car wash being right next door, and I accidentally pulled into the car wash line instead, but then I found KAM just next door, easy to find now that I know. I came prepared to wait for my car for hours, so I began by doing a telehealth appointment while walking around the parking lot. Multitasking! This plaza felt very safe to walk around - and I walked in the parking lot behind the plaza and also along the road behind the plaza, circling around to the car wash. Eventually I used KAM's waiting room to work from my laptop, and this was ok. Not ideal, because the office is so small, but perfectly fine considering this was all a car emergency. The price for the oil change was comparable to my normal service, which I appreciated. The only thing that I felt a little weird about, was that KAM gave me a full repair analysis of things that needed to be repaired on my car. I appreciate the thoroughness, of course, but some of the repairs recommended seemed a bit over the top. In analysing the service readout, the front desk person told me I really needed a whole new set of tires, plus new brakes, new fluids, and several other items. I called my tech at my regular shop, who had just assessed my car a month before, and she told me there was no way we suddenly needed all of those repairs. I don't doubt that KAM was very thorough, and they were correct about the brakes, but recommending that I needed all new tires was a bit much. Therefore, I highly recommend an oil change here, but I would suggest getting a second opinion for repairs. As I was only a customer one time, I would also look to others' reviews on Yelp for decision making, as I did in deciding to come here.
