I purchased a from them and I made an appointment diagnostic test with the service manager because I had issues with the front headlight and the passenger side rear window up and down. I brought it in. I told the gentleman when I first walked in to the walked outside side I asked about the back light of the car because I had a small crack in the back up light and all I want to know is if I had to buy just that back up if I had to buy the whole I know it's not under bumper-to-bumper which I was supposed to have. I was gonna buy I know they multiple different cars and if they had to order parts for what was wrong with the car if it wasn't too expensive, I was ask them to order that I would pay for it and get everything done all at once but instead all on was the back cracked headlight wound up getting into a huge fight the police were called. My car was never put diagnostic test. The never resolved so I still have the same issue with the and I only had the for less than a month and a half. I even contacted that I bought the from to clarify why I originally bought the car up there I never heard from him so I contacted the Better Business Bureau and consumer and their response to the Better Business Bureau was all about the cracked back light. read more

Stay away!! Never buy a car from CJ Auto Mall. The cars are a scam. After one day our 2016 Chevy Equinox would not start. After 3 months the engine is done. $13k gone and son without transportation. This place knows they are selling total crap and they find buyers like us who don't know anything about cars. We trust the people selling the cars to tell us the truth. I wish I can give them no stars. Last year May, we had a family Vacation coming up n set out on the hunt to buy a mini van. My have two little girls n a baby on the way. It made sense to get a mini van again. I saw a Nissan Quest for sale on their Facebook page. I reached out to to CJ Auto Mall and spoke to Adrian(I think his name is. I have the Facebook message to prove it). I wanted to buy it n negotiate a price. It said he couldn't go that low, I renegotiate a new price that was $700 less from the initial price n I would do a $2000 down and finance the rest. He agree to this price n we went in to take a look at the car. When we got there, Adrian was unavailable, so we spoke to Ariel instead. He gave us a test drive n we notice the check engine light was on. When we got back to the office we explained the negotiated price to him n he told us he can't do that price bc Adrian had no say in negotiating (this was our first warning). Our vacation was in two weeks, plus I was due with my baby in two months. He did reassure us the problem with the check engine light would be resolve and I told him I want it written in the contract that it will be fix. He then rush us to make the nonrefundable $2000 down payment n promise we'll have the car within the week. After two weeks it wasn't ready. They loan us a car for a couple of days. THREE weeks in, it was still not ready. I was trying to be understandable but it was almost a month without my car and our first payment was coming up. We accepted an Enterprise rental for our trip and they would pay for it but we had to put it on our credit card. After our trip, it took them another week to fixed our car. The first three weeks driving it was great, then came the first day of summer and there was no AC when I turned it on. Also within that time the check engine light came on again. We brought it back in and maybe within three days they said the problems were "fix". No receipt on the problem they fixed. We had cool weather so we didn't use the AC until the temp got super hot. The AC stopped working after a few days. Here I was 8 months pregnant with 2 kids burning up. I hated being without a car so I ignore it for another couple of weeks n drove w/ the windows down n a portable fan in the car. Mid July n I finally called to complain about the AC bc the check engine light came on AGAIN. They said to bring it in the following week. I was unable to bring it in bc I ended up going into labor early and took my new born son home during a heat wave in this car. Since I was going to be home w/ my new born. My husband took the car in n told them about the problems. Check engine light on, the AC not working and the tire sensor going crazy. (At the time of purchase we made sure to get their warranty for 90 days and bought extended warranty plus gap insurance. I took no chances while financing this used car). We got the car back but werent using it bc I'm on maternity leave. I went back to work in October and by late November the check engine light came on again. I was super pissed. Because at this point I was starting to feel like they weren't fixing the problem, just resetting it. I called them after the holidays to fix the problem. When we brought it to them, they told us they drove it around n run a diagnostic on it n the light is bc of the Cadillac converter. The rep told me bc my warranty with them has expired and the extended doesn't cover this "minor" feature. I have to pay out of pocket but they won't charge for the labor bc of all the problems I had with it since I bought it in May. Less than a year of owning this car n all these problems. The converter was $400ish. I wish I'd got a receipt for all the other times they "fixed" it n pushing it pass my warrenty. Lesson learnt. I've had the car back for two weeks now n it suddenly turn off as I'm jumping on the highway with my kids in the car n the check engine light is on AGAIN. I just brought it to another mechanic to diagnose it and it just came back a camshaft sensor A and speed sensor. Once again I'm without a car read more

Purchased a car from them in May. Right away there was an issue with shifting and check engine light. Check engine was on when we looked at it but they assured us they would take care of the issue. Within a week the check engine was on again. We contacted them and told them what the issue was and they took it back to look at it and came up with a resolve . The check engine light was off but the problem continued. We contacted Adrian and he gave us the run around about the manager never calling us back. He said he would have manager call us. He has never called us back and I texted Adrian again but he basically said it wasn't his problem. SO here we are 7 months later, the problem still exists and not word form CJ AUto mall. Don't buy from them. They tried screwing me about an extra key and that took forever to get resolved. Ad said car had back up camera ...it did not and they had an excuse for that. False advertising is illegal. Don't know how they are in business. read more

I am so angry with this place!!! I will never be back here again and will not recommend this place to anyone. I traded in a perfectly good 2013 Nissan Sentra for one of their jeeps because I needed AWD well that was a mistake. From the moment it went off the lot the check engine came on I called them and they told me to bring it back. Then the next day I was at work and got into my Jeep and the shift counsel fell inside the Jeep causing it to have a hole I called them and they told me to bring it down. I brought it down there and they said they were over booked and the garage couldn't look at it and to come back another day. It was a 40 minute drive and I worked full time so keep driving back was not practical. I asked them to get my car back and give them my car back and they told me it would cost me more money. Meanwhile the check engine was still on and I was not getting help for it. I brought it to three different shops and one was Jeep a dealership and they told me my head gasgett went along with my cylinder head causing the check engine and they told me it was like this for a while now knowing that they cleared the code before I came knowing it would come back on later on. So the head gasgett and the cylinder head will cost me 3500 or I could do an engine swap but there is no guarantee that will help since coolant leaked all over my engine. This dealership sold me a shitty car and now it's un driveable and is pulled off the road. So not only did I trade in my car but I had to pay them 2,000$ for a vehicle that I couldn't even drive. Never again will I go here and I really hope this post helps someone else not get into my distraction. And the only way to post this I had to give a star but they don't deserve it because they also had my title and never called me they had it and once I had to pull the Jeep off the road I realized I never received the title and they are like oh, yeah it's here with us like it didn't even phase them. read more

I had previously inquired about a Honda Pilot through CarGurus and was contacted by Ariel of CJ Auto Mall the same day! I made an appointment with him directly, but unfortunately due to my personal scheduling errors, I could not make it down to view the vehicle and ended up cancelling the appointment. Approximately a week or so later I was browsing CJ Auto Mall's entire inventory online, and found a GORGEOUS 2015 Toyota Camry for an extraordinary price. I ended up texting Ariel as we had previously been in contact regarding the Pilot, and mentioned that I was interested in taking the Camry for a test drive. He was able to get me in the same day for a test drive, and I was able to take the car home that night after deciding it was the perfect fit for me! Ariel was extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about the car itself, all of its features and perks were thoroughly explained and understood, it is apparent that he knows his "stuff" and cares about his customers! :) I would definitely purchase another car from CJ Auto Mall!! read more
