He communicated with us throughout the project of installing a new Timberteck deck. His crew worked straight on through from start to finish without empty lapses of time. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.

Hired for some condo renovations (750 sqft): Remove/Install flooring throughout Remove/Install kitchen cabinets Remove/Install bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet, and lights Remove a wall cabinet and prep the wall for paint Well, they started on 10/16/24, and as of today, nothing is completely finished. I had pointed out a few issues that needed addressing - flooring bumps/planks popping, cabinetary filler looks like a toddler installed, gaps between adjacent cabinets and a huge problem being the drawers on the cabinet couldn't open all the way because they hit the wall.. That issue was blamed on me because I purchased the cabinets and the walls not straight(isn't this something you check before the countertops are installed?)...and he wanted more money to fix it. Another interesting tidbit is he wanted more money to put on the cabinet hardware.. What? The list of items that weren't completed up to today was lengthy. Anyway, it came down to poor craftsmanship, lack of accountability, and everything that needed addressing was going to cost me more money. Will need to get someone in here to fix the mess he made.

We were very concerned that so many contractors would not be experienced enough to deal with the challenges that a house, built in 1753 would naturally have. Dave and Mike came into an absolute mess with our post and beam construction since the damage to the fieldstone foundation impacted the entire house. They did a fabulous job, better than any of our expectations. Whenever they encountered a problem we thought would be insurmountable, they calmly figured it out; even as our house was then effected by the Columbia gas explosion, right in the middle of construction.
