I don't work for or own a vapor store and feel it necessary to say so after reading the review by Adam P. Because there is no way he either does not own his own competing vape store or he has never been into the store that I have been too. I am a regular at the NE 14th location and have never seen anything remotely close to the things that he described in his review. I have begun to know the names of the individuals that work at this store as they have ALWAYS been friendly, helpful and informative. Are they busy at times and will you have to wait your turn? Yes. But only an insecure child would find that difficult since you have to wait for a cheeseburger at McDonald's too. When I go into the vape I am greeted and my questions asked. And they even goniut of their way to tell me about new juices that are available that I might like since a couple of them know me well enough now that they even know the types of juice I night or might not like. They have rubber tips all over the entire shop so not sure why this Adam p said anything about putting their lips non his device. They is literally a container of rubber mouth tips within arms reach anywhere in the store. They have a juice bar so if you're unsure of your flavor worry not you will find the one you love on your own. Friendly inviting atmosphere with people that answer all of your questions. I have brought several people to this store to switch from cigarettes to vaping. Oh which by the way when you do so if they purchase their device and everything while you are there with them you get a free bottle of juice. I usually give that bottle to the friend I pulled from the nasty habit of smoking but hey this place is just awesome. So got questions contact me. I've been a customer of this establishment for two years, shortly after they opened. I have always been very pleased with my experience with them. It's been incredible to see them grow. I remember when they had a very small selection, and their vast selection they have now. There's always something new to try, and the employees seem to get a thrill whenever you ask what any of the new flavors are. They usually have me laughing by this point. Always enthusiastic suggestions, and great suggestions at that. Throughout their growth, they have always stayed humble and professional with me. As it is true with any growing company, they have had some employees that rubbed me the wrong way. There were some that weren't nearly as polite and helping to me, but in my memory of the experiences I've had with other staff, I remained a recurring customer and have been glad to notice that some of those employees aren't there anymore. Almost every employee I've encountered was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in my journey to keep off the "stinkys" and remain off of them with the growing technology of this industry!
