We have established such a beautiful community here that often meets by the amazing pool and deck for potlucks and birthday celebrations. Everyday that we lived here, I felt a nagging in my head that we had not made a good choice. The staff is ok - the property manager changed hands twice during our time here which made things disorganized and in general is not a good sign. Daryl was great, as was one other girl who worked in the office (blonde hair, can't remember her name), but the others gave us dirty looks every time we went in. And the maintenance staff, while very friendly, didn't seem to know what they were doing and every single time something broke or went wrong they had to come back at least 2-4 times before it was actually fixed. They really play up the amenities, but the gym equipment is crappy and often broken and we always found dog crap on the volleyball court. Important things to keep in mind: 1. We lived in the first few buildings, closest to the main office, and our neighbors were great. However, this is not typical. The building accepts section 8, and what's more, there are MANY families with young children. We met people who had nightmare stories to tell about noise and disturbances (the walls are definitely paper thin). And the pool was often crawling with kids to the point that we wouldn't even stay. When you're at the pool, security comes by and checks for your resident ID, but kids splashing everyone and screaming - that's ok. 2. Your address is Trumbull, but you're living in Bridgeport. And not a nice part of Bridgeport either. Forget about walking anywhere. There was actually a shooting RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from the complex while we lived there, and we'd heard about car and apartment break ins. There is security but I think it's very easy to get past them. If I had a friend moving to the area, I would definitely want them to know the above and what they're getting into! This is the third managed property that we lived in (the others were with Archstone and Mid-America Apartments) and this was the worst!

Both the Metro Star and Metro View locations have all of the luxury amenities and the buildings and Milford harbor views were gorgeous. Me and my wife would often say when we come home after work that we felt like we were "on vacation". Also, the location is top notch as far as walking proximity to local downtown Milford restaurants, stores, and the train station. From getting an apartment ready for our move-in last minute, to diligent property maintenance, and prompt responsiveness, we could not be happier with Carol, Donna, Luke, and of course Teddy. Long after the lease was signed, their "can-do" attitude and professionalism were constants - highly recommended with confidence! PS Teddy is hands down the best maintenance/repair person around...super friendly, helpful, and a great guy!

The floors are always beautiful and the coin op laundry rooms are also always cleaned and appliances updated as necessary. The building itself was still being worked on as they lease to new residents. The lobby was upscale and inviting. They have several amneties covered by a $100 fee- parking, gym, rooftoop and doorman. The apartments themselves were smaller than I expected. I was looking for a 1 bedroom but my budget allowed for the 600 to 650 square foot apartments priced from $1980 to $2300. I really did not want something that small. Overall, the building looks like it will be great once it is completed. Currently, there is a lot of work to be done. I toured but did not sign a lease due to the size of the apartment and how unfinished the building was. Christian who helped us was phenomenal both on the phone before the tour, during the tour and even later following up by email. I will check out the building again in the future once it's fully done.

I signed my contract on June 1, 2025. However, due to an event that took place just two weeks prior to mine, management decided to implement new rules and unfairly use my event as the "test case." I personally spoke with Christian (Manager) just two weeks before my event--he was fully aware of the type of event I was planning and still approved it. Despite this, my event was singled out and targeted: my flyer (and only my flyer) was circulated internally via email, and my event was ended early. Let me be clear: Do NOT book Soundview Rooftop. The management is unfair, unprofessional, and dishonest. They withhold deposits and create a hostile environment, going out of their way to **control and demean clients--**even during events. Christian, in particular, demonstrated extreme bias and disrespect, ruining the atmosphere before doors even opened and making both myself and my vendors extremely uncomfortable. You have been warned.

All concerns are met with " we can't do anything about that" . A broken gate in the front has never been fixed for over 3 weeks now. When Natasa was asked about it, she said " which gate? Ooohh that gate ". No answer on when it would be fixed although people are PAYING for security . Dismissed my partners real valid concerns despite having two young boys herself. The inside materials are definitely not high quality. You are blatantly lying and I understand you are lying for the sake of your company image but please show some dignity and morals and do not lie any further to the people. I am the one living here, you are not. Thin walls, drafts from the cheap 2 pane Home Depot windows. You can feel the floor shake when someone does laundry below. The apartment is nice but it's not worth the money you pay for. My neighbor had mold in her apartment and they are still yet to help her fix it. You can hear how loud the people upstairs can be. It even got to the point that they were stomping upstairs and wouldn't stop and something from the ceiling ended up breaking and falling on the floor. When I went to complain the lady gave me a rude attitude. The people that live there can be ruthless there's some nice ones and then there some neighbor who can see you walking the cross walk and try to run you over (they drive a blue Mazda). Having to pay for water I think it's kinda ridiculous due to the fact that we don't own the place? Usually people who have a mortgage have to pay for their water. The gym lacks so much equipment, having to get your uber eats order was annoying with the call box. I honestly did not like the bathroom, when I first moved into my apartment there was so much mold in my bathroom. I just didn't find that paying 3200 a month for this apartment is not worth it in my case. So much money for such a horrible community. They can improve in so many ways.
