As I am a certified Project Manager in healthcare, communication and documentation is key to a successful project. Unlike others, Daniel did not budge from the request to communicate via email only so there are no misunderstandings on both sides. Now Daniel informed me he is the owner, looks 15 (that's a compliment, BTW) but very calm, well spoken, communicates clearly and willing to go the extra mile. Very much appreciated his professionalism. Now the work. I had gravel and pavers installed on both sides of my home. The price was fair, the crew were on time, Daniel was present the entire time overseeing to completion. A job that I thought would take an entire day was done to perfection within hours. He recommended the product and I cannot say how pleased I am. Before going elsewhere, try Reyes out for an estimate and I am certain you will be satisfied with the results.

Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either. In the end, we went with another company that could do the landscaping and the in-ground sprinklers together in the same project. If it was landscaping only, I would have been happy to try them. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.

His breakdown was clear, detailed, and incredibly reasonable for the level of work involved. Each area--Back Porch, Trash Can Area, and the Side of the House--was itemized with thoughtful recommendations and transparent pricing. Chris took time to explain each element, including prep work, material selection, and installation, so we felt confident every step of the way. The quote covered essentials like professional-grade landscape fabric, metal edging, limestone aggregate, and fresh sod, for all three sections. What really stood out was how fair and tailored the pricing felt--no surprises, just straight-up professionalism. Chris brought insight and integrity to the quoting process, which is rare and refreshing. If you're looking for someone who communicates clearly, knows his materials, and respects your budget, Top Notch Landscaping deserves your call.
