They made me an appointment for Friday 4/26. The customer service was just as great in person as it was on the phone. I totally got really good vibes and honesty from this place. I recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. Although I didn't need any specific work done the inspection was $20. They also have really nice tow trucks for big and small jobs. We pay $100/mo for these spots, so I'm not going to let someone park in my spot infront of my doo, and spilling onto the spot next to mine. I called On-time. On the phone, they were incredibly sweet. Asked for the details and everything about the vehicle, and said a driver will be there soon. "Okay fantastic!" I said and thought. 3 hours later, I peer out my window and the car is still there. I call about 4 hours later, and ask what's going on. Again, the lady on the phone was incredibly sweet and said "He should've been there by now!" I'd freakin' hope so, so I go to bed hoping that I wake up and the car is gone. Wake up in the middle of the night, and I look out the window for curiosity's sake. About 9 hours after my initial call and the car is still there. I think to myself "This is actually ridiculous, let me remind them again" so I call. The line rings, and rings, and then the line is picked up and slammed, which has pushed the experience to beyond terrible. I go back to bed, and message the leasing agency to let them know how our contracted towing company is acting. I wake up to go to work, and the car is still there on hour 13 from my initial call. I think "The worst that could happen I think is they curse at me" so I call again. Lady on the phone is super nice, and I remind them of the county bylaw obligation for towing responsiveness. They brush me off and say they'll get a tow truck out there. I think next time I'm going to hire 4 of my friends, and push the damn thing, or put a boot on the wheel or something. Customer service: 4/5; 5/5 if you call during the day. Quality: ?/5, they never grabbed a car, maybe 0/5? I recommend trying other options in RVA.

We fully understand that it was against the law -- but his prescribed pain medication was inside the car when it was towed. I called and politely explained the situation, told them it was a medical emergency, and that he needed to take his medicine every 6 hours. Their response was cold and careless. After hours of pleading, I was told someone would get back to me -- but no one ever did. By 12:30 AM, there was still no call, no help, and my dad was left suffering all night. I even texted -- my message was read, but no one replied. By morning, after my dad had endured the entire night in pain and without sleep, I called again and was told we could retrieve the car. When my mom arrived, things got even worse. There wasn't even an office -- just a girl who came outside and asked for her ID. When my mom explained that her husband hadn't slept all night because his medication was locked in the car, the girl looked her straight in the face and said, "I don't care." That was her exact response -- no empathy, no professionalism, no basic human decency. To make matters worse, the car had scratch almond size that weren't there before, and they took no responsibility, even after my mom pointed it out right there. Just like they strictly enforce their towing policies and claim on their website to be open 24 hours, I wish they showed the same urgency when someone is in crisis. A car is like a person's home -- people often have essential items inside. What if someone died not having access to what they need? What if someone had to sleep outside because their house keys were inside? What if someone with a disability was left stranded without their medical device? This company is run by people with zero compassion, no professionalism, and no sense of decency. What we experienced wasn't just bad service -- it was cruel, cold, and heartless. If you care at all about being treated like a human being, stay far away from this place.
