I came into Meek a sad, irritable mess. Rude, even. Matthew, Davin, Tracy, and everyone at Meek were the opposite. They have been sweet and helpful. I was never pressured. I was given helpful honest advice. Meek even held a car for me, briefly, while I went to check out another one--how many dealers would do a thing like that? Lack of communication was EXTREMELY poor and they charged us over $2,000 to install a transmission. They knew we were desperate and needed to leave the area. They ripped us off by overcharging us and did a piss poor job of mounting the hardware and wires (which we didn't find out until months later FRANKS TRUCK & AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IS A RIPOFF!!!! So I stopped in to get an inspection. They told me I needed new tires and a front turn bulb and a…read morerear break light. Total for that service would be $1200.00. I have an account at a local tire. Company so I said I would bring it back. I brought it back two days later with the lights replaced and the new tires. Figured it would just be a quick in and out for the inspection. Btw. My new tires and bulbs elsewhere came to 650.00 total. So they inspected my car and said well all the original things were corrected to pass but we see that your front turn signals are not amber in color so it will cost you 89.00. Wtf. The glass in the turn signals is amber so the bulbs have always been clear since purchasing the vehicle as new in 2018. I asked and they said no the bulbs have to be amber also. BS. So no I won't recommend them for anything other then rip off of the year. As the mechanic was walking past me with my keys when he was done he asked me if I wanted both old bulbs because they were brand new. Never again for this olace
