I was given helpful honest advice. Meek even held a car for me, briefly, while I went to check out another one--how many dealers would do a thing like that? On another occasion, I questioned whether my alignment was actually done because one of my tires began wearing unevenly. They then recommended replacing the tires and doing another alignment--even though I had paid them to do an alignment only a few months earlier. I would strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with this shop. Double-check every charge on your bill, question all recommended services, and make sure you know what is already working or not working on your vehicle before bringing it in. Better yet, consider finding another shop you can trust. The shorter service representative at the front desk with the buzz cut comes across as subtly pushy and overly focused on costs and limiting discounts. I also found some of his interactions questionable, which made me uncomfortable and left me with concerns about his honesty and transparency. Overall, I simply did not feel comfortable dealing with him.
