I booked my appointment two weeks in advance. After I booked I called and left a message asking…read morethem to schedule Me SPECIFICALLY with someone who can do ombre nails. When I got to my appointment that was the first thing I mentioned. The girl had no idea that I wanted ombre nails but she said that we SHOULD have time to do them. As I'm getting my nails done there are signs that the tech is new to doing nails. No biggie, everyone has to learn. Except when it came time for the ombre part of my nails she could not do it. I don't know if it was an experience thing or what but bottom line was she couldn't do it. I ended up with a solid color. The nails themselves came out good besides that and again I'm not faulting her cause everyone is new at some point. But the person in charge of scheduling should have scheduled Me with someone with more experience who wouldn't have had done ombre nails with no problem.

The consistency with this nail salon isn't good, I've been going here for a few months every two…read moreweeks to get a builder gel fill and a pedicure. Depending on who you get as your nail technician will HEAVILY decide the outcome on your nails, which is crazy for a well established nail salon, the consistency should be pretty much the same throughout, same quality and outcome. Some of the nail technicians cannot do a simple French tip and some of them cannot use builder gel correctly. I care deeply about my nails and the appearance of them and honestly the last two times I've gone it's been terrible. But when I get the right person it's the best so there's no in between. I'd give lower stars but not everyone there is bad. I do believe there needs to be some kind of training to establish a baseline and to grow from that baseline. Cutting corners when customers are spending hundreds of dollars a month, is just bad business and will ultimately hurt the business.

False advertising online…read more We were promised that they could do designs here, so I came in with a somewhat simple request--Black nails with a green dripping effect, and a biohazard symbol on each middle finger. There's two employees here, a man and a woman, the man really did try his hardest, but in the end I was still upset that I couldn't get the biohazard symbol done, or maybe he just couldn't do them The nail salon is pretty rundown looking, but it's not too bad; it was actually rather pretty inside of the place, and they've got a relatively new TV. It's another vietnamese nail salon, so they obviously don't know English too well, but what little english the guy doing my nails understood, he took it rather well despite the slight attitude I had
