And speaking of that, being inside of Nuthut personally warms my heart because of all the beautiful Palestinian art and touches of the culture. All the staff members that I have encountered have been nothing but kind and soooo helpful whenever I have a question or am curious about something. If you're lucky enough to catch them on the day they make their batch, you can watch them make their house blend on the roaster. It is a cool process to watch especially since their house blend uniquely has 5 different beans!!!
