I cannot speak highly enough about Kevin Duffy, Chris Shannon, and manager, Jeff Wood. After a…read morevery negative experience with a contractor who left us high and dry, I stopped at the Emerson location in the hopes of trying to track down some missing materials that the contractor promised he had ordered months ago. As I suspected, the materials had never been ordered. Upon hearing this, Kevin, Chris, and Jeff very easily could have wished me well and sent me on my way. Instead, what they did was above and beyond. They turned a very negative experience into some thing truly amazing. Even though the store was quite busy, they took the time to listen and helped me troubleshoot. Then, they reached out to a local contractor (Karl Drehwing) to see if he might be able to help us out despite being incredibly busy. Karl arranged for a few of his guys to come and help us. (Thank you Justin, Jared, and Greg). They did amazing work. Prior to their arrival at our house, Chris worked closely with me and Karl to get the materials needed. Chris was extremely patient; again going above and beyond. Both Chris and Jeff continued to reach out to me throughout the process to make sure all was going well. Because of their kindness, my family will be able to enjoy Christmas in a house that is warm (literally) and put back together! My family and I will be forever grateful! Thank you for making such a difference by taking the time to care.

They have just enough stuff to not look too crowded and tons of books to look through incase they don't have what you want on display. Prices are also really really reasonable. We bought three vanities from Paramus Kitchen & Bath, one 49" and two 24", and when they were…read moredelivered, quality was well below expectations. All three units had rather big uneven gaps. The drawers on the big one are misaligned. They even installed top drawers in the exact spot where the sinks go, even though we bought the sinks and tops from them at the same time. Our contractor had to tear the drawers apart and reattach the fronts just to make the vanities usable. What is also interesting, when we ordered it, the salesperson did hand-drawing of the big vanity. This drawing is probably the only blueprint that was used during manufacturing. The paint on the edges is already wearing off. There are a couple of places where the primer is showing through. And the vanities we received look somewhat different from the showroom models, which had tight, clean gaps, not the big, uneven ones we got. We even stopped by the store to show them the issues. The person who took our order said she would send someone to our home to look at the problems. We never heard from her again. To be fair, the countertops are exceptionally good. But as we understand it, they are manufactured and installed by a different company that Paramus Kitchen & Bath subcontracts. After vanities were installed, they came to our home, took all the measurements, then in a few days they came again and installed countertops. Top quality. Out of our entire renovation, buying from Paramus Kitchen & Bath was the biggest mistake we made.

So we ventured out to the factory/showroom early Saturday morning (be mindful of their half day Saturday schedule) and were very pleased with our visit! The showroom has everything you would want, from upclose samples to detailed installation examples. Everything you would need to see to get a real idea of what you were working with. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are quick to respond to calls and emails. We parked just around the driveway where the storage was and got to see the back of house which is always exciting! They keep everything very well organized and clean which is a huge plus in my book. Even the guys in the back were nice. We received our molding at the end of last week and they were in constant contact with us and delivery was on time and a smooth process (which is a serious blessing for anyone who knows how this can go). Im a fan of Kuiken! Already told a few friends who are also renovating in Jersey to look them up!
