We knew we had to try it when we were in town. We went on a weekday around noon and it was pretty empty - we were greeted quickly and orders taken. It's a cute space and an adventure to reach the bathroom. We ordered a chocolate shake, a handsome burger, and fries to share. The burger itself was juicy with perfect toppings - you really can't go wrong with caramelized onions on anything. The only thing I could fault it for was a finer meat grind than I am used to. Otherwise great combination of flavors and fresh and hot. Fries were good as well! Nothing to write home about but no complaints either - crispy and hot. Really great chocolate flavor in the shake which you don't always get! This is a great spot that I'd frequent if I were in town, and it was fun to try.

On the other hand the beef burger was really good. This restaurant is quite pricey once everything is added up as fries/chips are not included with the burgers so everything is priced separately.

The inside is really big and spacious with lots of tables making it great for large groups, and well lit with the large windows. They also sell goods like honey, chocolate, biscuits, oats, various sauces and teas, oil etc. They also have a refrigerated section for coconut water and soft drinks. I love the salads here, and they have a lot of healthy stuff too in addition to the sandwiches, burgers etc. The breakfast is served from 9am-5pm, and the pancakes are the best!! The lunch menu has a good amount of fish dishes, like fish cakes, salmon burger, salad... And a few vegetarian stuff too albeit quite limited, but the tofu salad is really nice! There's also a roast menu, side orders, burger and sandwich menu. The coffee here is made to perfection! I loved the flat white here, which is served in a glass instead of a cup. You can also have it with soya or coconut milk for an extra 30 cent. The prices are pretty average; expect to pay at least about €9-12 per person for a main. The soup changes daily and is 4.95, and there's also seafood chowder. Compared to the more pricy G hotel, the G counter is nice cheaper lunch alternative for a quick bite!
