They repeatedly checked on me, offered me a place to stay dry, made sure I was comfortable, and helped me contact a tow truck. Germain personally made the call, confirmed the price, and even followed up when the truck was taking longer than expected. What could have been a miserable experience was made much easier because of the way this team treated me. Their customer service went far beyond what was required, and their leadership and teamwork clearly show. Ownership should be proud to have Joe, Robert, and Germain representing this location. Wow…read more Stopped for gas. My last stop of a 2300 mile trip. They didn't answer in the radio so I called on the phone to let them know I was coming in the front door with a pretty good headwind. A girl verified they indeed had fuel and hung up. Got to the dock and tied up, no one in sight. I start filling one tank and the pump is barely pumping. Stopped, gave it time to prime (half a dozen times) but couldn't get it to pump. Still no one around. Get back off the boat and go find a worker to help. She said she would be right out and I returned to my vessel. A few minutes later she approached my boat dragging a different fuel hose. She stops 5' short of my stern, extends her arm out and shoulder height and pulled the trigger to FULL. Aiming ahead of herself onto their floating dock she exclaims that this one working better. As gas is now splattering all over me, my boat, and their dock I was in awe when she handed me the nozzle and walked back towards the office. Sad to see just how bad society has completely lost respect for our environment. I totally blame management for the lack of proper training and employing people that have no business working there. It used to be a real job, a fuel dock worker. Now we let any warm body willing to work for minimum wages.

They have 3 different pre soak stations which can get busy so you end up having to wait if you want to use this, mostly moves quick. There are three lanes with self service machines however one is for members only and the other two usually have an attendant there to get you to sign up for a membership. I definitely think for the price a membership is the way to go if you plan on even going more than once a month however this place hasn't sold me on wanting to come here often. The first few times the attendant has been very nice and even provided me with a wet wipe, this last time he wouldn't I guess because I didn't want to sign up for a membership and perhaps it's for MEMBERS ONLY. I also felt like they don't give you enough time to look at the prices however I decided to do their "Better" wash which is the 2nd to cheapest $20 to see the difference between the "Basic" $10 I didn't notice anything special except for my tires having extra oil of some sort dripping on the rim which I had to wipe clean.. they're located in a busy area so usually they are pretty busy during the weekends but each time during the week I have been able to get a spot to take my time cleaning my car.

The prices were fair, not too expensive so that was good for me. I'm just glad they had change machines, vending machines and vacuums that actually worked. It wasn't too busy and had everything done in less then an 30 minutes. Kind of creepy at night though because it's so open on Collier Blvd and traffic dies down by 9pm. But this place was good, nothing special, but convenient.
