I have not received a call back and assumed that she was unable to find someone. Surprisingly, she called me next morning and apologized for not being able to arrange service and not calling back on the same day. So, than two days later I still was unable to find an electrician, I called April again and asked to schedule service for the closest available time. April called back within hour and saif that someone would come to look at the job immediately and if it's not too big, will do what's needed. The electrician arrived in 10 minutes, assessed the job, called the office to inform of approximate time, received permission to do it and finished the job perfectly in 1.5 hours. The price was reasonable and I felt that this business does their best to serve their customers. I plan to use them again in the future.

We opted to finish the project with another local plumber who we could trust. Art's would not be responsible for repairing the radiant floor pipes they damaged because we opted to finish the job with another plumber. We wouldn't use Art's Plumbing again if they were the last plumber in Santa Fe.
