Well my first visit initially started well. The staff were friendly and attentive as I walked in and quickly got me seated with a nail tech. The place is a good size and relatively clean. As I approached my chair, my tech put on a face mask, which I appreciated. And then they asked what I wanted to which I replied "to trim and shape my nails." I know that's simple, but it's all I wanted. Fifteen minutes in the chair and $35 dollars later this turned into a gel manicure?! I told them no paint whatsoever and they kept insisting for clear polish. I eventually caved and despite having clear polish siting right on the table, they take out the gel nail polish and give me one coat (normal gel manicures are 2-3 coats color with 1-2 coats top coat). I should've read the reviews before I came but I was looking for somewhere to quickly clean up my nails since it had been awhile and I'm not the best at doing it myself. I always like to give somewhere a chance but the prior reviews are sadly correct. They overcharge significantly more compared to others in the area and state. I usually pay $25 for a standard gel manicure. They keep pushing for more, even to the point to give you a lower quality manicure, just so they can charge the higher amount. $35 for one layer of gel is unheard of. And to top it all off, there's no prices listed on their website or in the store. You live and you learn and this nail experience reminded me to always trust my Yelp family. With some price clarity and if services were openly listed, this business could really do good. read more

Usually if they are not busy you will get the best pedicure, I used to travel monthly from Albany GA to come here. Now it is hit or miss so I don't make a special trip anymore. I brought my granddaughter here to get a nice spa visit. We both received gel pedicures. The "manager" kept trying to get us to get the $60 pedicure, but I only wanted the $40 pedicure. Both were gel coats. Then onto the manicures, they separated us, barely got a good manicure, no nail clipping nor proper manicure for me, then my granddaughter told me she didn't even get a manicure, just the nail/gel coat polish. Charged us $180 for both. That's seems quite high for a $40 pedicure with barely a manicure. Anyone else had this experience? DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Stay away .. my first experience with them was bad. But I figured it might have been an off day and I needed to get my nails done in a hurry. I got a pedicure and my tech didnt even file or cut my nails tried to inform him of what I needed . Ir was like he got offended that I wanted him to cut them . When I left my nails are uneven , have multiple cuts to my cuticles and oh yeah the argument that occured with a dissatisfied customer was epic. Manager actually started screaming at the customer with a child in between, then grabbed customers as they were walking in and telling them about the conflict to get their support. I was shocked. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know why I didn't look at the reviews on here before and save some money. To start off I already do my own nails at home, I just don't do cuticle work. I went in today to get that done. I came out with a horrible paint job and still dry gross cuticles. I basically paid $16 for a nail polish. They also try to scam you by speaking very quickly and asking you if you would like gel, designs, French tips, and not telling you they're extra. She didn't file, cut, or do any work on my nails other than the paint job. She also rushed my nails. Overall DO NOT go here. None of these people should be in the nail business. read more

My friend and I had a pretty good pedicure. I got the $25 one and she got the $35. My other friend however no! She had the worst experience possible and still charged her the full price, $25. Her nails had to be painted by 3 people. It started when they asked her to pick a color, she did they said they said not that one (this happened 4 times!) then my friend literally said you pick. The first person painted her nails sideways and didn't want to clip/file her nails, the second person cleaned them up but then had to leave to help a customer who had just walked in, third person was the manager. The first lady was mad she didn't give her a tip, like lady you didn't deserve one. read more

That was a disappointing experience. My 11-year old daughter and I went to celebrate her birthday. We made appointments and thought it would be so special. She wanted blue dip on her fingers, and a pretty color on her toes. Well, they only had a few (old) regular color options for our toes because they want to upsell you to gel. They tried the whole time to convince us to do gel, wouldn't shut up about it. We got the only decent color for our toes, and as soon as we sat in the pedi chairs, a second guy came up and yanked her hand over to start doing her hand dip during the pedicure. She didn't get any of the manicure process, just her nails done, even though they charged for the whole thing. And she couldn't enjoy her pedicure because of her arms being yanked around. For mine, the pedicure was fine, but the guy was way too rough with my hands. I am pretty tough but involuntarily screeched twice when he cut me and was way too rough. One cut went so deep, it's been 24 hours and my finger is still swollen from it. read more

I never, ever, post reviews but this experience has motivated me to. I went to get lash extensions and it has been a mortifying experience. The extensions themselves looked nice. However the application was horrendous. Two hours later I am still trying to remove them. For one, the glue combination (which you are NOT supposed to do) left my eyes feeling heavy. She used the Ardell clear glue in combination with black eyelash glue which is making these lashes extremely difficult to take off. I have lost so many lashes because of her improper application. Not to mention they charge $40 for ardell lashes that you can buy from CVS for $12. The lashes are also attached to my lash line so my eye burns so badly. I wish I never went and I recommend you NEVER go! read more

I took my daughter here to get her nails painted for a present. She got the gel polish, or so we thought, the polish came off of her nails I'm 3 days of application. They charged 69 dollars to paint her fingernails and toenails. It is unbelievable that the gel polish came off in 3 days. I feel like we got ripped off and they used regular polish and charged the premium price. P.S. she didn't have anything done but her nails polished for this price. I actually have never given a review about anything but I felt this was warranted. I have used nail first many times over the years and have always had good experiences. This time was terrible! The nail technician was more worried about getting other customers taken care of instead of focusing on the customer in her chair. She even stopped my pedicure to go wax someone's eyebrows. I didn't get any massage even though I paid for the deluxe treatment with massage. I always tip very well but not this time! It's ridiculous to pay that much money and get such sorry service. I wouldn't give this one star. Three teenage girls went tonight and kindly put, the nail salon tried to hustle them. They charged one of the girls twice on her card and told my daughter that her card was declined and wanted another payment. When I was called, the charge had went through on her bank card. I attempted to tell the woman over the phone. She became argumentative and hateful to the three teenage girls, threatening to call the police. I told me girls to get out of there now and I told the lady I would call the cops. Never again. And it was over priced, crappy job and my daughter was cut in the process of getting them done. Honestly if you value your time and money, you will not get your nails done here. No exaggeration, every single person/tech there do not have the skills. I was getting a pedicure and I started feeling itchy. The tools they used were not even disinfected. The pedicure station after I used it was not even cleaned or disinfected before placing a new customer. I had French dip done and the white part was so out of Shape and huge. Part of me thinks I should just give this place 1 star. They really effed up in some aspects, but they were decent in others. My sister-in-law and I went to this place (in the mall) to get manicures and pedicures the day before my wedding. The pedicures were great. We both got the normal treatment and received beautiful french toes. Then we got manicures. My sister-in-law ended up with pretty french manicured fingernails. I on the other hand got the worst manicure of my life. Maybe I should have requested to have my nails done by someone who looked older than 12 so that was my bad. The three bleeding fingers that resulted from my cuticle trim was pretty bad. The fact that the clear polish that was used to paint my nails looked old and stringy was bad. The bubbling that resulted from that gooey polish was horrible. But! I was getting my nails done for my wedding! My left ring finger was one of the bleeding ones. The girl just painted my blood into the nail polish with no attempt to fix it. I pointed out the shotty job to the woman who did my sister-in-law's nails and she instructed my girl to add another coat. This didn't fix anything. So, I paid, went to the Nail Bar, and got the best manicure I've experienced. Overpriced. Horrible design work. Massage chair didn't work. I just wanted a gel mani and classic pedi. I asked how much and was told $35 mani $25 pedi. The man doing my pedi asked if I wanted white tips and I said yes. Then when he was removing my last nail polish he saw the design and asked if I wanted a design and I said sure. Then the lady did my nail and told me if was $5 extra for white tips. I was confused so I asked why it cost more to put less paint on my nails and she told me everywhere charged extra for white tips. Then she offered to put a design on my nails. I asked how much and she said $3/nail. I originally want a design on all my nails, but I said no that was too much. She offered again to do 2 for $5 and I finally just said ok. Then she put the worst flower I've ever seen and smudged it when she put on the top coat. I pointed it out and she attempted poorly to fix it. Then handed me a bill for $83! They charged the same extras for my pedi (white tips $5, and design $6) but didn't tell me. I will never go back there and would not recommend. At home I get the same service with design in every finger and toe for $75. read more

Unfriendly receptionist and the guy that did my nails seemed rushed. While trimming my nails he was so rough I was afraid he would cut me. At one point, he smacked one of my toes with the nail file while shaking off nail dust. It hurt so much I winced and he ignored me. The only thing I liked about the experience was the nail color I chose hence the 2 stars. It was a really pretty color that's been discontinued by OPI and I haven't seen anywhere else. I read the other review and almost didn't go in today- but I did and they were awesome. The place is clean, and well organized. The ladies are professional, and no, I did not bleed. I've been here twice before- for a mani and a pedi and they were both really great (I had a full set done today).
