While the staff are all friendly, the service does not meet what I am used to and require. The first time (or two?), I had a pedicure. It was just an okay job. This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. Lesson learned the hard way.

As for my nails I LOVE THEM. Melissa truly put so much effort into them and you can tell that she takes pride in her work. It was so refreshing to come in and have a service provider who was kind, patient and took the liberty to ask questions to make sure I got what I wanted. I showed her my inspo picture once and that was all she needed to get to work. From getting my nails to the exact shape I wanted, making sure all the details were to my liking and just having such a nice aura about her. Super, super nice people, but it was the worst manicure I've ever had. I wish I took a picture yesterday because I am not kidding that I had nail polish all over my fingers. I am not one to make a scene (some may say too nice) so paid the people and left but let me save you from spending the $15. Co-worker went with the fill and polish. Looked really great honestly, but less than 24-hours later it's chipping. Picture is of my manicure 1 day in. Looks very similar to when I attempt to paint my own nails and I have no talent.
