They charge you in advance to get Fukked. I pay for laundered, pressed, No Starch and No Dry Cleaning! I got starched shirts back and they circled "light starch" on the ticket after the fact, my copy read "No Starch", Total dishonesty. I wanted them redone. I got attitude from the Hispanic girl. Picked them up today; I got back crispy shirts that the Owner, Jimmy Chianis, "Dry Cleaned" himself. The same girl said he tried to call me, but he did not call me, that was a lie. Cleaners get so many items that they often make mistakes. Don't be dishonest and lie about it. Admit your mistakes and correct them right away or lose customers.

I said i would be happy to pay for cleaning in advance but a charge that is four times the cost of my cleaning??? I was told they would remove the charge (that has not shown up yet) Hours after i complained about the $46 charge another $20 charge appeared. I have had multiple pairs of jeans, just like the ones that I took in, hemmed with original hems with absolutely no problems whatsoever. A hem is a pretty basic thing for a seamstress, even if it involves putting back on an original hem. I would have much rather she told me that she just didn't want to do it, or didn't have the time, than to insult my intelligence by telling me all the reasons it couldn't be done. One time I took new clothes I recently had purchased from a department store because there was a slight mildew odor. I did not notice the odor when I purchased them, only after I arrived home and removed the tags. The dry cleaner deodorize the clothes so there was no smell at all. I was so happy and amazed it got the odor out without ruining the clothes. I have also had my clothing altered with very good results. I will continue to use this dry cleaner, I have trust in them and the quality of the workmanship is very good. Nice people work there too, which means a lot to me.
