A large brown stain appeared that was not there before I noticed the stain after they left and when I called they said its probably pet soil that came up. But, I don't have a pet and it was not soil. The stain was very difficult to get out as I re-cleaned it about 6 times with different chemicals. This is the worse carpet cleaning experience I ever had.

Was able to call and get an appointment within the same week (even during the holidays) and was quoted an affordable rate. Once Erik arrived- he made sure to keep his feet clean with a floor mat and booties. He measured the area of the floors that needed cleaning and also used a black light to check for pet stains and markings. Worked diligently for 3 hours to clean, stretch, and restore our carpets to practically brand new condition. The key with Safe n Soft is their expertise in concocting a cleaning solution specifically for your carpet and cleaning needs!!NOT just drenching your carpets in a solution and sucking the life out of them!! Once he was done, he cleaned up after himself and left no mess behind! The carpets dried within an hour after finishing and they dried soft (not hard and crunchy). Was also kind enough to leave us with a goodie bag containing his own spot corrector solution and a sweet treat. If you are looking for personable and professional carpet cleaning services- Safe n Soft is it! HIGHLY recommend!! Will be using their services again! Thanks Erik and Safe n Soft team!

Safe n Soft has cleaned my carpets a handful of times. The last time, I was not happy with their…read moreservice and expressed that to the company after they tried to charge me more than I was quoted and it resulted in me being pretty frustrated. I bought my own carpet cleaning machine to do the work myself after that and it's kept my carpet nice. Somehow, I stayed on their marketing list though, and got a text about a $50 off special last week. I confirmed via text (see screenshots) what the price would be ($355 with the discount) and decided to book to save myself the chores. When the guy got to my house he said "That will be $540." Uh, no. This is the second time they've quoted a price and then changed it on me. After several minutes on the phone with his boss, the employee came in and said "their prices had gone up but he would do it for $405 but can't give me the discount." I had arranged for pet care for my two dogs for this service. I asked him to leave. Truly, do not waste your time with this scammy company. Update after owner response: You can see in the screen shot I did not ask for anything special at all. I did not ask for a special method. I asked for the exact same service I have gotten each time I have used them and they CONFIRMED the price plus the discount. Their "accommodation of my schedule" was simply agreeing on an appointment time? Their positive reviews are a result of quite literal harassment of their clientele until they leave a review.
