    Lunch before our double feature

Stopped in to use my birthday coupon for a free dessert and my $5 reward and the place was hopping! I'm so happy about that bc when we normally come for a late lunch there's hardly anyone dining inside! I chose my usual pitmaster nachos bc they are scrumptious and I saw some fresh ribs coming off the grill so I got 3 bones and a side of Mac n cheese. Plus my free banana pudding. All that was $18 and enough food for easily 2 meals. The staff at this location are always so kind and helpful to this old gal with cataracts. The young lady happily helped me locate my coupon and rewards! This is my favorite BBQ place nearest my house by far. IMHO they put Jim n Nick's to shame not only with their food but with their people too! Their food is consistently good and the staff always has a smile ready for you!

Food was very good. Nikki gave us great customer service. The only suggestion I have is please add more apples to the apple cobbler and less bread.

I have to say personally. This has to be one of the best barbecue places in Snellville, Georgia. I am very impressed by the food and the service here is excellent. I love the wings the sauce the sweet city is the best one and the swine wine.I think that's what it's called is the best. Two but one of them is vinegar.Which can be a little too acidic depending on how you take it.But it's actually excellent. I love the brisket chili. It was one of the best chilies i've tasted in my lifetime. Now, I actually have to say I was completely unsure about the corn pudding.I've never tried it before. But I decided to take a chance and I love it. The texture is amazing and it has a bit of a sweetness to it too.But not too sweet. Now, when it came to the triple chocolate cake.Oh, my gosh it has to be one of the best cakes i've tried in a restaurant in such a long time. Usually I don't get a lot of dessert when it comes to dinner. But I was very impressed with this one. The ambience here was top-notch. This restaurant is one of the best ones I've tried so far in Snellville and one of the ones I definitely recommend. I cannot wait to come back here again.

The food was absolutely delicious. The gentleman that served meat suggested the party pack for my family, who was an awesome idea. I'll definitely come back.

    Extremely dry brisket.

$17.47 of the most absolutely, unbelievably, worst barbecue I've ever had in my 50 years of life. First of all, I waited 15 minutes for this, and it was lukewarm at best. The brisket was extremely dry. The okra was a crumbly mess and did not have a good taste. The sweet tea was so overly sweetened that it tasted like syrup. I'd rather eat green eggs and ham then return to this location. Half the food went into the garbage. all I can say is save your money.

First time after it being open maybe a year now. Surprised only 2 vehicles ahead of us as the reviews noted long lines. We viewed the menu online so we knew what we wanted. I ordered Nashville Hot - fried chicken breast topped with/coleslaw, pickle and Nashville mayo. Hubby ordered Chipotle sandwich - brisket & rib meat mixed with a side order of coleslaw. Please be mindful sandwiches do not come with sides. For the price you would think so... So with my sandwich I ordered the popular fried okra served with chipotle ranch sauce. Customer service was on point. Paid at the window later told to pull up for the order. The other 2 vehicles that were there when we pulled up were waiting for their order. Appears most are cooked to order. I did see in a prior review that the okra is cooked to order. Check your order prior to pulling off. The chipotle ranch was not in the bag. The server had not walked away so he brought 2 cups. We did not go inside but from the looks of it it's very casual as far as dress code. Now to the food as far as whether it's a hit or miss. Ok so the okra was soggy looks nothing like the pic online. The Nashville Hot was spicy but not too overwhelming. I couldn't really taste the chicken as far as whether it was seasoned due to the heat, mayo and coleslaw. I wouldn't order it again. My husband says the Chipotle sandwich was ok nothing to brag about. It was tender and little spicy but nothing like the Nashville Hot. It's 2 sandwiches on a hoagie bun. The chipotle ranch sauce was watered down and it didn't taste like ranch. Other than that it was okay.

You've got to do better because six wings should not take 15 minutes Very bad Even if the food is good after waiting at the drive-through for now 20 minutes, not having a good time with us. I won't be back. You have a timer at the drive-through even the car behind me. It's waiting for their order??????

    Dining, order.

We have eaten at the Suwanee/Johns Creek location so many times. I've taken my family when they're visiting from out of town. This location is inside the forum, and it's in a cool little "food hall" where there are many offerings of different cultures, cuisines, and options. However, we wanted to avoid the mess on Medlock Bridge Rd so we chose to go from Duluth down to the Forum/Politan Row. Parking is always hit or miss in the lot there, but it's free. There is a bar in the middle of the hall if you're so inclined to indulge. Really cozy and I imagine it's busy when there's a giant lunch rush or dinner rush. We went around 3. Josh was at the counter, talking us through the food. We have eaten so many times here but it never hurts to hear someone talk about the offerings. You can't get Mala flavor here, or buldak (I think) versus the other locations. My buddy is an honorary Korean. He loves Korean food, all kinds- and he wanted to try the K fries, along with the kimchi fried rice. We always order just wings so that the fry time is shorter than a full chicken. So we ordered the chef special- spicy. Food came out about 12-15 minutes later, and it was picture perfect! We never had the fries before and let me tell you they are so crispy even with the toppings. As you continue to eat these toppings still work their way down to the lower level. But for those who don't like Kimchi, get a side of plain fries- they're that good! The kimchi fried rice is always spectacular. Beautiful fried egg on top, with a runny yolk that will mix in with the temperature and spicy hot fried rice. It's never a bad idea to get this with your wings. Also, you have the option to get the chicken not tossed and sauced- can dip into sauce if you want to maintain crunch and texture. But, fully sauced still delivers with flavor and somehow even after 20 minutes of eating the wings were still hot in the middle. We know that the spice level runs hotter than you think, and Josh warned us about that too- but we went with the spicy wings. It's so hot out, we were tired from working out, and now we were sniffling and drinking lots of water! Next time, we will go medium. I haven't learned my lesson bc once I ordered medium for my nieces and nephews and they were mowing the food down but the spice was painful for them (12, 10, and 6 at the time). Josh was telling us that sometimes you can order chicken fried rice instead of the Kimchi fried rice for a change in spice level- made sense. He's a good dude. Easy to talk with and knows his stuff. I'll be back here, we decided next time to mix up some of the different foods from the many stands and just go for a big potluck with friends next time. But we will center it around Kimchi Red! We had a TON of leftovers, and Josh gave us boxes lined with parchment paper (beautiful touch) so we could split everything and have an entire meal once again in the coming days. A giant "THANK YOU" to Josh and the kitchen team here at Kimchi Red Politan Row in the Forum. It's great to see Korean culture and good grow in popularity and places and people like this team here help that positive momentum! Support small businesses! See my photos with the review!

We definitely won't use it as a destination type barbecue purveyor. And they're in the neighborhood. The quality of the food is good. The method they use to quantify the amount of food they present you is sorry, at best. The customer service was bland, borderline....sullen. Maybe, they were having a bad day. And I spent almost $100 for a selection of items. The easiest way for me to present our experience is through pros and cons. And here we go.... PROS: 1. Some of the best chopped pork, we've ever had. It was the perfect blend of fat to lean, moist, smokey and no cartilage, gristle or bone. 2. The ribs were fairly meaty, cooked very well and slightly smokey. You could see a definite smoke line. The seasoning was decent. 3. The Brunswick Stew had discernable components. It didn't look like a can of mushed up dog food with corn kernels in it. I usually don't care for Brunswick Stew, but I liked this. It is fairly spicey. I liked that. 4. The hot barbecue sauce was much better than the regular. It still tasted like anything you can grab off a shelf at the store. CONS: 1. Questionable way they decide what is a serving size. I paid TWENTY DOLLARS for 3/4 of a Styrofoam lunch box of chopped pork. I'm trying to post a picture. They were verrrry evasive when asked to quantify by weight, the amount of meat that you receive. Evasive....almost indignant. I wonder if this varies from customer to customer. 2. I've never, in decades, been to a barbecue joint where the cooks so purposefully and diligently AVOIDED talking with the customers. I'm a very gregarious type and these people just would not talk to me. And they weren't busy. I felt like I was an annoyance the whole time I was dropping a C note there. 3. The Cole Slaw was little more than pre-packaged, shredded cabbages and carrots, doused in sugar water. The container was barely 3/4 full. Now that I think of it........we won't be going back. They need to work on customer interaction and actually sell you their product based on genuine weights and measurements.
