THEIR REP., ZACH, visited us, and HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL, DECENT, AND FREINDLY, AND HE DID HIS VERY BEST TO WORK WITH MY INSURANCE AND TO GET MY ROOF REPLACEMENT APPROVED (at first they tried to deny it), and his/Cittrix price was lower than most of the other roofers' (I asked my neighbors), and we were ready to go when another roofer, who I asked for a quote before Cittrix (and who did not ring my doorbell either, but he did not respond for a couple of weeks, and I wrongfully thought he disappeared, and who did a good job on my 2 neighbors' roofs a few years ago), gave me a lower quote, so, after some hesitation and with a heavy heart, my wife and I decided to go with the other roofer, because I am retired, and we have significant medical expenses, and the price was important to us. This business is aptly named. As my grey roof was partially green and it looked like I might need to replace it, I called them and they described the process and gave me a reasonable quote based on my description of what areas of the roof needed help. Within a short time of my acceptance they came and sprayed the roof (more area than the quote for the contracted price). The workmen said it should take some rain and a few weeks for the chemicals to rescue the roof from the mosses and algae growing on it, but it if did not work as intended they would be back to do it again free of extra charges. Within a couple weeks the sprayed roof looked the the rest of my roof. If these guys can't rescue your roof I don't know who can. read more

I had power washing done including the house exterior, sidewalk and cement patio. I also had my windows cleaned including inside, outside, and screens. I could not be more pleased!! Everything came out perfect. Dan was the most professional vendor that I dealt with when trying to get my roof cleaned. He and his people did an excellent job, were on time and protected my plants from any damage. My roof looks fabulous. They also came back and cleaned my IPE deck which I had had power washed 2 months before.
