I spoke to so many different website designers and creators and I kept coming back to Andrew at Digital Nest. From the beginning it felt so personable from every conversation and meeting and I decided to go with him. He wasn't pushy, gimicky, over the top, none of it. Just honest, reliable, and caring. Andrew was so easy to get a hold of and was always accessible. Although he had extremely sad and unfortunate matters happening in his life at the time my website was being created, it never once affected the process. Andrew and his team pushed so hard all the way through till the end to ensure that I had a website and one that I was proud of. It was actually scary how much the team knew the aesthetic and energy I was trying to create without me even saying anything. He even took the time to create a tutorial video for me to see how the process works!! Highly HIGHLY recommend them and I look forward to the many opportunities we will have to work together!!! DON'T WAIT, CALL DIGITAL NEST!! I don't leave reviews often but this was a necessity. Thank you Andrew and the whole team!!!! OH and I just want to add that my website hasn't been up long and I'm already showing up to potential clients in the area - another big plus!

This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.

No one was owning the sales process and making me feel comfortable investing in a new website. Having worked in the tech space for ten years I like to think, I'm pretty savvy and update with the pros and cons of working with an agency and was not afraid to spend the money to get the vision I wanted. I took the plunge with an agency who later turned out to be leading me up the garden path with there competency. I was $1500 down and decide to cut my losses and continue my search. What a mistake! You live and learn. My paranoia was at an all-time high! I then got introduced to Danny Alsaffar CEO from Giraffe Builders. Danny spent time understanding my requirements and relaxed me into the process. Within days we were rocking. I was beyond excited because he shared my vision and challenged me on a number of my points. Great! That's what I wanted. GB, crushed every deadline and we built an excellent understanding with Daniella who was instrumental in pulling the pieces together. Every company needs a Daniella. Energy, Drive with a passion for customer service. I loved using their project management tools! I work best when there is something to see, GB presented me with numerous visuals allowing me to point and aim feedback. So many agencies out there want to create a cookie cutter site and move on to the next. GB could not be further from this and genuinely felt like Danny was just as excited as me to complete the challenge. Can not thank them enough for there work and would happily speak to anyone that is looking to review their services. Fantastic work, you're the best agency in the jungle! BEWARE OF XTOLIA / ANTHONY -- SCAM WARNING…read more I normally do not write public reviews like this, but after a month of being ignored and completely blindsided, I feel obligated to warn other business owners. I met Anthony, the owner of XTOLIA, through a mutual friend. We began discussing my business website and online presence over several weeks. Initially, I was not even looking to purchase a new website, but Anthony strongly persuaded me that rebuilding and managing my website would be essential for my business growth. Throughout our conversations, he presented himself as a Wix specialist and website expert. He performed a website audit, pointed out issues with my current site, discussed SEO optimization, traffic growth strategies, website layout improvements, and ongoing maintenance services. He sent examples of websites he claimed to have developed and spoke very confidently about the results he could provide. Trusting his expertise and professionalism, I signed a contract on April 19 and paid him thousands of dollars via Zelle in good faith. After payment was sent, communication completely stopped. It has now been over a month of repeated calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups with virtually no response or accountability. I have received no completed work, no meaningful updates, and no resolution. What makes this even more concerning is: * The phone number listed online is disconnected * The business address appears to be invalid or not actively staffed * Multiple attempts to locate or contact him have failed As a business owner myself, this experience has been incredibly upsetting and financially damaging. I truly never imagined I would end up in this situation after weeks of consistent communication and reassurance. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with XTOLIA or Anthony to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly protect themselves before sending payment. If communication resumes or this situation is resolved, I will gladly update this review accordingly.
