She immediately looked up my insurance, clearly explained what my copay would be, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. She was just genuinely kind which is so appreciated these days. They even had availability the following week, which made scheduling so easy. When Dr. Vong saw me, the experience got even BETTER. He took the time to go over all of my questions and concerns about my eyes and genuinely listened. He explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, even walking me through a photo diagram in his office to show how the eye works. He can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and you just feel like you're in great hands. He performed two different tests and explained both thoroughly. The first measured my eyes for contacts and, after 15 years of wearing them, no one had ever fully explained to me what those measurements actually meant or how they relate to my lenses. That alone was so appreciated. Then he had me do an Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), which was honestly so cool. He went over the results in detail and broke everything down clearly. It felt like a mini lecture in the best possible way, the kind you actually want to attend because you are learning something valuable about your own health. HANDS DOWN the best eye exam I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Vong and his team. You will not regret it.

Different ladies and both were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining eye health. I will say the front desk staff seem a bit overwhelmed and not as skilled on the operations. Then all was redeemed when I worked with Genesis on frame selection. She was so patient and gave me honest feedback on the styles. I'm pretty sure I tried on at least 20 frames and she was so great throughout. Luckily I landed on 3 different frames so it wasn't all for nothing. Hope you get to work with Genesis on frames.

The hours are not posted on the doors, and obviously can't believe what's on the webpage. My advice is to call before you come down here to make sure that somebody's actually going to be here to assist you. It's gonna be time to start looking for another eye doctor! The wave is office is around is not convenient for anybody. It's sad that they can pick and choose the hours that they want to work and don't take the patient's needs and into consideration when they arbitrarily are closed.
