We stayed in what I would call a tiny home, they call it a cabin. Amazing stay for 3 adults. 2…read moreseparate bedrooms 2 separate bathrooms with showers. Private and comfortable. Quiet resort. Very friendly neighbors. Pool and hot tub, pool table, horseshoe's, pickleball court, shuffleboard court, playground for kids, beautiful lake (no swimming in lake) alligators in lake, frogs, birds, squirrels, and small lizards. Roam around free ( except gator never saw it) wildlife never bothered us. It was fun to watch them though. The staff was very friendly and very helpful ( we suprised my son who lives there) online/on phone staff was amazing! Highly recommend this resort! You definitely get more than what you pay for! $488 for a week. You cant get one hotel room for that price, and we got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom tiny home!

This is a hard review to star ... here's why. For an RV Park, you get what you expect. Amenities…read morelike a gym, game room, community room, swimming pool (wished it was heated), dog park and, like expected & typical in Florida, RV slips close together with some long term residents and some short term. We rented a Tiny House here, during the 2022 Christmas holiday. Reception staff was nice, not super knowledgeable about resorts events though. Resort Housekeeping serviced our rental (but the rental likely is owned by someone out of town). When we needed a space heater, because temperatures went below freezing, an ozone air purifier was brought (size of space heater, but NOT the same thing). The front sleeper sofa mattress was removed before we arrived, which made sitting there nearly impossible. May or may not be connected, but a couple days into our stay all three of us began to itch. The pieces didn't all fit together, at first, but there were Bed Bugs and our extremities showed the evidence - We had numerous bites! Days after, back at our home, an urgent care visit was necessary, due to an allergic reaction. The medications, laundering , loss of (possibly) infested items like luggage, and the daily attention to our home to eliminate any hiding 'hitch hikers' significantly outweighs the cost of our trip itself. Still a constant battle for weeks to come. So my greatest concern with the RV Park is their inability to identify a bed bug problem and prevent the critters from spreading. The homes nearby are at risk of an infestation, as well as the community areas, if this problem isn't handled with aggressive diligence.

My boyfriend and I booked a premium cabin for a week and were super excited to stay in it. Overall…read moreour experience was alright but we had a few inconveniences. The bad: 1. We just drove 9 hours and were excited to get into our cabin but were stopped by housekeeping because they had not cleaned it yet. We were told that she would get it done within the next 30 minutes and to go "walk around". They seem to be understaffed, so we let it go. 2. The heat went out and our cabin was freezing. It was 46 degrees both mornings. We called maintenance and they could not figure out how to get it to work. We had to go buy a space heater to get us through the last bit of our vacation. 3. The WiFi on our TV randomly went out the last night and we couldn't watch anything or get the WiFi to work. 4. There was little to no water pressure in our shower. I know its kind of a picky thing to complain about- but it wasn't great. The Good: 1. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved how cozy it felt. 2. We got our own parking spot next to our cabin which was convenient. 3. It was quiet and peaceful while we were there and that was super nice. 4. The staff were very polite.

1 star. Extremely disappointed with our stay. The cabin we stayed in was infested with termites,…read moreand it wasn't just our cabin -- family members staying two cabins down experienced the exact same issue. There were termites throughout the cabin, and it honestly felt like the AC was turned down extremely low to try to hide the problem and keep the bugs less active. When we brought the issue up, management refused to offer any refund or resolution and simply hid behind their "no refund" cancellation policy, despite the condition of the cabins. A cancellation policy should not excuse guests being forced to stay in an infested property. We spent the trip uncomfortable and constantly dealing with bugs instead of enjoying our vacation. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere until this issue is actually addressed.
