We contracted them for 12 hours - round-trip Tampa to Gainesville from 3 PM to 3 AM for a concert…read morewith 10 teens and 2 adults. The total cost was $105/hr plus 25% gas surcharge and a 20% tip. We had a 13 passenger Mercedes Sprinter. On our way to Gainesville we noticed that there was an issue with the air-conditioning. The driver mentioned something about he was afraid that was going to happen. Then we experienced all the following issues on the way home: * Rear AC began pouring water onto 4 teenage passengers in the back row, soaking seats, clothing, blankets, and pillows making 4 seats unusable. * we had four teenagers sitting on the filthy floor with no seatbelts for the majority of the interstate ride home. * when I moved to the front to free up a seat, I noticed the dash had a overdue maintenance warning light. * we had to turn the AC in the back off and blast the AC in the front causing the front windshield to fog because it was so humid inside. * with 40 mins left in the drive the "Driver Fatigue" warning light remained illuminated for the remainder of the drive. * I submitted a formal safety complaint to Olympus Limo and received an apology and a refund of the gas surcharge. It was a really scary and unsafe experience and not something I would've expected from a contracted commercial transportation company. We have videos that we sent to them that I'm not posting here because kids are in them. There are more choices out there, so I just wanted to give you all a heads up. I know many are looking for safe options to go back-and-forth to Gainesville for football games, etc.

The service was absolutely incredible from every aspect. He even called us a couple hours before the game and asked if he could get us any snacks or anything for the ride. The vehicle was spotless, stocked with cups and waters, Patrick was on time and gave us our ETA and expertly took back routes to avoid horrendous I4 traffic and got us to the game on time. After the game was over, Patrick somehow got a great parking spot close by the stadium and got us out of there quickly. Extremely professional and even gave us some great movie recommendations! I'd recommend this company to anyone. Go Canes!
