Timberline Glamping - Comes with reusable cup

Timberline Glamping

This was an easy jaunt from Tampa for the weekend. The "glampsites" are located in the Hillsborough…read moreState Park among all the regular camp sites. The accommodations are beyond comfortable- a/c, fan, fridge, coffee maker, outlets to charge devices, and a comfortable bed. We basically had the comforts of a hotel room while being on a camping trip. The esthetics and convenient set up ensures we'll definitely be back!

The last time I went camping was in the 20th century, and I was an Eagle Scout. Wanting to ensure…read moreour first "camping" experience since then would be one to remember and inspire more, I chose glamping to reduce the heavy lifting. And boy, am I glad I did. Not because of the: - Ice-cold AC that felt like a personal Arctic breeze - Mini fridge that perfectly held all our essentials (and a sneaky stash of chocolate for S'mores) - Keurig coffee maker that made mornings in the wild feel like a cozy café - Extremely comfy beds that cradled us like marshmallows - Strategically placed fan keeping the cool air flowing and the bugs away - All in a safe, clean, well-appointed tent and campsite that made us feel like nature royalty But also for the pure joy of being able to immerse ourselves in nature with none of the hassle. In just five minutes, you could be on the river or fishing. We saw everything from alligators and turtles to amazing birds. The water was crystal clear, and the campers were extremely friendly and respectful. Even the shower water was hot with great pressure - a true luxury in the wild. For novices and pros alike, this is the perfect way to introduce kids and adults to camping. You get the best of both worlds - the thrill of the great outdoors with the comforts of home. However, a quick tip for fellow glampers: make sure the Velcro seams on your tent are sealed. Otherwise, you might wake up at 3 am to a raccoon staring at you eye to eye, munching on a bag of Cheetos. Trust me, nothing says "good morning" quite like a critter with a penchant for junk food and personal space invasion! In the end, our glamping trip was the perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Whether you're a seasoned camper or a first-timer, this experience is bound to leave you with great memories and a newfound appreciation for the great outdoors - with the added bonus of a good night's sleep and no backaches. Plus, you get to tell the tale of your midnight raccoon rendezvous - a true badge of glamping honor!

This is a very cool experience and highly recommend! They provide all the cookware, grilling…read moreutensils, kitchen supplies, charcoal grill, and a camp stove. You need to bring ur own charcoal, Firewood, ice, light fluid and butane but they make that very clear in the emails prior to checkin so that you know what to bring! The tent was huge and the bed was so comfortable! They provide a box of games and plenty of blankets and pillows. It is pet friendly so expect to see dogs. The only suggestions I would have is that it says $139/night but with extra fees ends up being $200 for 1 night. For that price I would like to see them provide a bundle of firewood a few bottles of water and a 2nd optional hammock Will def be back and will recommend to other people!

Comfy Camping was an amazing experience !! This was the best choice when you want to do camping but…read moredo not want to over pack. Comfy Camping has everything, including plenty of entertainment. Also we had our bikes and experienced the beauty of the Alafia State Park, the trails and the excitement. In the Comfy Camping campsite there is an area to cook with all utensils you need and a Charcoal BBQ. We were able to cook for a group and had enough space to set two extra tents. Overall We had a great time and will be back as a group. Plus the owners are the so nice and helpful. Everything would be better if more people were like them when we travel. Tips- Bring your bikes! It was so much fun for us!!

Hawaiian Isles could care less about the residents in this community…read more We had 2 devastating hurricanes, they did not call in anyone at all, to come out in the community, to help our residents for months on end. The community residents had to call tv stations & reach out for all of their own sources & the Red Cross. I was a resident, sold my trailer & was trust worthy. I was willing to accept 4 different payments. The residents locked me out, forged a bill of sale, which I personally spoke to the manager about & they were able to manage to getting a lease signed with the park. I have reached out to cooperate several times & all I hear is it's a civil matter. FL statue 399.21 states that if the resident does not have the title to the property, they have no business living in my mobile home. I have tried to get them evicted & no such luck. They will let anyone into the park, even the younger generation. This used to be a 55+ Community & a well managed park. The water & electricity go out often. They have very old pipes that need to be replaced. The pool water is supposed to be heated. The hot tub & the pool is shut down several times, though out the year. I would not recommend bringing your RV in or renting in this park. Units still have mold & mildew in them. This park was blown to pieces in both hurricanes & suffer in surmountable damage. Many trailers were torn down & several are for sale
