Some of the permanent sites aren't as appealing with people putting aluminum color insulation on their windows and doors but just don't drive down those streets if you don't want to see it?!? I usually book on reviews and not sure if I would have booked if I saw the yelp reviews- but honestly I have no idea why it's not higher rated other than some unfair/harsh reviews. We would highly recommend and stay again.

One of the regular residents ,upon our arrival helped guide me backing into our lot. His name eludes me now,I will post it if and when i remember. I met a man from Quebec ,Canada in the laundry room ,who was most gracious ,he even saved me a trip to get quarters for our wash, by offering to exchange bills for Quarters. His name also eludes me. When we got here, we were put in a totally different site that is way smaller and right under some high-tension wires. There is no picnic table in our site, which I thought would be a bare minimum but apparently not. The wifi is interminably slow (like 0.5 Mbs), I think I could get faster with a dial up modem. Last night I tried to use the shower and could not get any hot water even after letting it run for 10 minutes. All my complaints to the office have been received with what can only amount to "oh well, that's the way it is". If I could find a place to move to at this late time I would, but probably stuck here for 8 weeks. Unless we decide to leave after 4, which is entirely possible at this point.

Who goes camping & doesn't have visitors? We offered them more money for the guests visiting us (because their website states that you can pay for guests daily or weekly) & they rudely told us that we have to go in 3 days or the cops will be called to remove us. We never once got loud or been a nuisance to them or the community. They treat people like this is a prison & you have one hour visits. I would highly recommend you pay the extra money to stay at another rv park. & their WiFi is horrible!!!!

The owners keep everything in pristine condition. There are always plenty of activities going on and you can be either as busy or as laid back as you like. Parking is on grass, and there's a big concrete patio that looks almost new. Laundry facilities were always very clean. Although this location is on a very busy road, we were far enough back in the park that it really wasn't very noisy. Great beaches are just a 15 - 20 minute drive. There are lots of beautiful trees here, as it is an older property. Lots of park models, which, for the most part are very well-kept.
