I arrived here with my new 2022 RV and totally minding my own business only for them to harass me and try to drive me out so they could have somebody else take my spot while they KEPT all of my money for the next 3 weeks of my intended stay. They "don't remember" me telling them I have a PTSD Service Dog, which I tell EVERYONE, and that all they had available was my location they put me in which turned out to be a "no-dog zone", as Suzie stipulates! We were asked for proof to show we worked for FEMA, the model number of our camper ‍, they won't let us show up after dark (and they tried to explain what time it gets dark...like we just moved from Mars), and they have to use their tractor to park us. WTF!? We have never encountered such rude, condescending people in our life. Thank God we caught them before they ran our credit card because I can only imagine the rules and restrictions there would be once we moved in. Washers and dryers available for a decent price. There are dry lines to use as you are not allowed to hang dry laundry at your personal lot. Pet friendly. Up to 2 dogs per lot. The office has several useful items to purchase at decent prices. Water hoses and such. The maintenance staff are very friendly. The entire community has been welcoming and nice. It is quiet here. Even with the street right outside the fence it is pretty quiet. Great little area with a bike path across the street. Downtown Palm Harbor is less that a mile away and easily accessible by the bike trail. Everything a person would want or need is within 5 miles. There is no reason you would have to leave the area for anything. Prices are fair. Love this place!

Good amount of people and kids. Everyone was really friendly (my umbrella almost flew away and a group of ladies got it for me). There was a group of boys that seemed really nice having other kids join to play. Seemed to have a lot of positive vibes there. Warning: please don't go near the rocks. There is a half barrier wall and at the end is a pile of Boulders/Big Rocks with SHARP barnacles I barely touched them and have paper cuts all over my hands looking around for shells, they guys with me have deep cuts of there shins and feet. Highly recommend gloves and proceed with caution is looking for shells. It was mostly calm water. Towards the end it had some decent waves, for the Gulf side anyways.
