Worst, trailer trash campground (actually, park) I could have EVER IMAGINED!…read more There was FECES on the shower walls, the pool was FILTHY, no cable as promised for my 1 month stay, and no communication whatsoever about dogs, even though they KNEW I was bringing my service dog. WiFi never worked either! Suzie & her grown daughter Tiffany, run this dump and do not care one ounce about you. I arrived here with my new 2022 RV and totally minding my own business only for them to harass me and try to drive me out so they could have somebody else take my spot while they KEPT all of my money for the next 3 weeks of my intended stay. Their excuse? They "don't remember" me telling them I have a PTSD Service Dog, which I tell EVERYONE, and that all they had available was my location they put me in which turned out to be a "no-dog zone", as Suzie stipulates! This is truly a Trailor trash park. From the management straight down to the overflowing dumpsters and filth and pollution all over the place. I could not get out of here fast enough! You've been warned. If you decide to take your chances, be sure to get everything in writing from them before you give them any deposit. They are lying, thieving women running this trashy park. Good riddance!

When we arrived, the office was tucked inside the community center, which made it a little difficult to find at first. However, the staff was very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. Our site was a bit tight for our truck and 44-foot rig, especially since the campground was aware of our setup when we made the reservation. That said, the pool area, courts, community centers, and fitness area were all very nice and well maintained. After a long drive, we had hoped there would be a small camp store on-site so we wouldn't have to leave again, although there are stores conveniently located nearby. The grounds were clean and well kept, and it looked like improvements were being made with some homes being updated and new sites added. Overall, it's a decent spot to camp and has a lot of nice amenities to enjoy.

She was rude and disrespectful throughout our interaction, which made the visit very unpleasant. Hospitality and courtesy are essential in this type of business, and unfortunately that was lacking during my stay. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this inn and hope management addresses this issue.

The waterfront setting adds a relaxing vibe, and the grounds feel organized and spacious. Sites were level and easy to access, which makes setup smooth -- always a plus when traveling by RV. Amenities were nice and well kept, including the pool and clubhouse areas. Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that while everything was good, nothing really stood out as exceptional. It's a dependable, comfortable place to stay -- just not overly memorable. That said, we would absolutely stay again when in the Tampa area. Great option for a clean, quiet, and convenient RV resort.

A severe sewage smell and hazard was present in the property for the entire 5-night stay. The host acknowledged it and sent a plumber, but the plumber did not resolve it, so the hazard remained active the whole time we were there. Airbnb's own investigation into the issue found the host uncooperative, and Airbnb ultimately covered part of the cost themselves since the host would not engage with their process. After the stay, the host contacted me off-platform by phone to coach specific wording to use in an Airbnb refund request, then later used that same wording to falsely report my honest review as coercion, getting it removed. An Airbnb specialist later investigated and confirmed the review did not violate policy and reinstated it. If you're considering this property, know that a documented health hazard went unresolved for a full stay with vulnerable family members present, and be cautious about any off-platform contact from this host regarding reviews or refunds.
