This kind of friendliness has turned out to be the norm during our 3 years of wintering here. There is a heated pool and hot tub as well as a large rec room and card room which are in constant use. The owners keep everything in pristine condition. There are always plenty of activities going on and you can be either as busy or as laid back as you like. Parking is on grass, and there's a big concrete patio that looks almost new. Laundry facilities were always very clean. Although this location is on a very busy road, we were far enough back in the park that it really wasn't very noisy. Great beaches are just a 15 - 20 minute drive. There are lots of beautiful trees here, as it is an older property. Lots of park models, which, for the most part are very well-kept.

We told him all the time and they only snaked it but it WAS NEVER FIXED. It smelled and was disgusting. We found out the entire row of trailers emptied right outside my door. I usually book on reviews and not sure if I would have booked if I saw the yelp reviews- but honestly I have no idea why it's not higher rated other than some unfair/harsh reviews. Who goes camping & doesn't have visitors? We offered them more money for the guests visiting us (because their website states that you can pay for guests daily or weekly) & they rudely told us that we have to go in 3 days or the cops will be called to remove us. We never once got loud or been a nuisance to them or the community. They treat people like this is a prison & you have one hour visits. I would highly recommend you pay the extra money to stay at another rv park. & their WiFi is horrible!!!!

The staff is friendly...the other full time residents are welcoming. The place is clean and I have had no issues. We have a Jayco 38 foot fifth wheel and fits nicely into our space. They even park it for you. My wife feels totally safe walking around at night as they do have people who watch out for you. They do get a little crowded during peak season as most of these types of RV parks tend to. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi. They have a small workout center with pool tables and a meeting hall. I arrived here with my new 2022 RV and totally minding my own business only for them to harass me and try to drive me out so they could have somebody else take my spot while they KEPT all of my money for the next 3 weeks of my intended stay. They "don't remember" me telling them I have a PTSD Service Dog, which I tell EVERYONE, and that all they had available was my location they put me in which turned out to be a "no-dog zone", as Suzie stipulates!
