After tons of research, I settled on Skin Renew and they have yet to disappoint my expectations. When I called I was greeted by a team member working at the second location, but she didn't hesitate to deliver outstanding service as she assisted me in scheduling my consultation at the flagship location. I received plenty of reminders of my upcoming visit, and the stars in the office, when I arrived, really shined. I was iffy about being seen by someone other than the owner, as most of the reviews applauded her professionalism, however, Laura delivered as well. The consultation was informative in a way that mattered- not in a "too much information to remember" kind of way. Following the visit, Laura had time to get started on my removal journey, and her patience as I nervously chattered and then requested a break, was outstanding. She offered a great package deal that helped make my service much more affordable, and overall, I give the entire experience a 10/10.

I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale. I called a week prior to my appointment to express my concerns and actually had the opportunity to speak witht the owner. She assured me I'd be well taken care of and that they've turned people away that they didn't think they'd get results from. So that made me feel a lot better. Upon my arrival, there were clip boards with ceramic name plates so you knew which one was yours. I personally thought that was a cute touch. I was greeted immediately and was offered something to drink. They had waters, coffee, and sodas. I had several papers to fill out due to it being my first time. After completeing all my paper work, the owner came out and actually spoke to me and asked if I was who she talked to. She told me Jamie would be the the one to do my procedure, and again ensured me that I would be in good hands. Visually, this place is appealing to the eye. Their decor was amazing. They had a candle out with a sign saying which scent was being burnt. This place does all kind of things such as facials and massages. During my consultation, Jamie explained to me how the laser worked in great detail and had lots of visual aids. She also showed me before, during, and after photos of people that had gone through the tattoo removal process. She also included some of people of color. She legit answered every question I had and was very patient. Initially I did not plan to have it done that day and was only going for the consultation, but she made me feel very at ease about doing it. SO I DID IT!!! The laser part took literally less than 5 minutes. She also allowed me breaks whenever I asked for them or would break when she could see my body getting tight. My first impression was that he listened to me and took into account everything I said. I have since returned to see Gari multiple times and now that I work out regularly, I try to make it part of my routine to get deep tissue massages from him as well to help with my progress and hiccups I encounter along the way way. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. I have also received a waxing service from Justina here. It was like we had been friends for years. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. I have not had any service from Ellen because I always see Gari, but when I see her there and hear her interactions with her clients, she is kind, sweet, personable and very friendly. Even if you aren't a regular facial-type-of-person, you should come to get set on a good at-home product routine that fits your skin type. Melissa can help with that. She has years of experience being an esthetician and worked at a dermatologist office for a long time. She therefore knows skin all the way through, and not just topically. She's also traveled across the country teaching others how to use lasers. I truly appreciated soaking in knowledge from her throughout our appointment and asking all of my skincare questions. The brands she uses for facials and recommends to clients are the same ones that both my dermatologist and a desired celeb esthetician that I've followed for years uses on all of the stars. This is what initially drew me to Uesthetics because those are really the only type of products I want on my face. I knew that anything from these lines would be amazing on my skin and was excited to be able to get such a quality facial. She uses iS Clinical, Elta MD, Alastin (all scientifically recommended and very effective). I had a free, 30-minute virtual consultation beforehand so Melissa could walk me through a good routine for my skin and see how she could help. (Initial consultations are always free!). She didn't try to sell a single thing and it was SO helpful because I found out that I was using some products that weren't doing anything for my skin, which I've now dropped from my routine. Afterwards, I booked my first appointment and put in the form that I wasn't sure which facial to choose, but wanted her to recommend one once she saw my skin in person. We ended up doing microdermabrasion, which uses a suction to remove clogged pores, remove hair on your face and get rid of dead skin cells. It's exfoliating, which helps prevent acne, helps makeup go on easier, and makes your skin brighter. She then did a calming face mask to fill my skin with moisture and eliminate redness. My skin immediately looked brighter, plumper and felt tighter.
