I have…read morenever been more frustrated with a bank's fraud detection, investigation, and prevention program. 1.) ATM limits are set in stone. If the bank is open and someone is on the phone and you're in front of an ATM that has no limit, you can withdraw as much as you'd like. You can't change your limit by default. 2.) Credit card disputes have to be handled through phone. You wait 30 days for a fraud investigation to complete and you have to sign a document. Capital One and TD are 1-2 weeks at most and no signature required. Disputes can be done online. Card can be canceled through simpler user interface 3.) The fraud detection system calls me for predictable/normal charges. Occasionally it does call me for vacation reservations which is good. It did not call me when two charges were made around the same time in King of Prussia, PA and in Ohio while I was away...and my card number was being used fraudulently... If you're okay with archaic online interface and low interest rates and a lack of benefits that the major banks offer, then go with this bank. I know I am switching when all of my ducks are in a row. I'd be interested to see management's intent to change-- but it seems non-existent and they seem unaware. Thanks.

Only to come back the next month and send me a letter stating my mortgage payment was going up because the escrow was now too low. I didn't get the letter. The auto payment wasnt enough. So, they hit me with a $100+ late fee. No calls not communication other than mailing me a letter. This year they mailed my Homeowners insurance (new policy) to the wrong address. So, my policy was never renewed. Two more months and I'll be done with them for good.

He inserted his card, the ATM immediately shutdown, rebooted several times and kept his card! I tried calling to get it back but even though they can run a report to show it malfunctioned, they have cameras in the ATM area that shows there was a problem and we can provide ID they will not have the ATM service get the card back. Once it's taken it's gone! Even though it is an issue with the ATM. Now we have to wait several weeks for a new card because their machine malfunctioned! That doesn't help my son who now has no access to his money until the card comes. They were very polite in telling me there's no way to get a card back. Do better TD Bank. Change ATM services to be more customer friendly than counter productive! It only makes your business look bad.

I walked over to the teller to ask if there was a manager on duty. A gentleman appeared from behind the teller and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I did and briefly explained my question. It was simple and probably would have taken all but ten minutes to resolve. He told me he had an appointment with a customer at four (20 minutes from then) and then asked if I wanted to make an appointment for the next day. I have another account at Republic Bank right down the block from Wells Fargo. They are the best. They go out of their way and treat you very well every time you go. What a difference. Needless to say my account and my wife's account that's left at Wells Fargo is going to be transferred to Republic.

Everything was great in the beginning and I paid my fees and paid for appraisal. Then after weeks of waiting I am informed that I don't qualify for a 15 yr mortgage. Annoying why didn't they tell me from the start. So we start over for a 30 yr which women said is easy for me to get. I'm going for a small mortgage compared to what my house is worth. After 4 months of them playing around I get turned down for my tiny mortgage and they won't call me back when I try to find out how this can be. Horrible bank and rude people that won't return your calls. Don't use them!!!
