Share draft and regular savings rates are abysmal. The car loan and mortgage rates are high. Mortgages are handled by an outside firm. 2.) The website and mobile app regularly have issues preventing transfers and bill payments. For example, a transfer from one's savings to their checking account seems impossible on either platform (Application errors abound). You'll need to stop in or call to get this done. 3.) They "lock" your savings account if you don't have any activity for 12 months. 4.) Overdraft protection is something you need to work through with the staff. They claim to have it, but its never enacted. 5.) Credit Union management strangely reserves the only 4 parking spaces in front of the door for themselves using a traffic cone to reserve their space. If you must drive to visit the location, you'll need to park in the back. 6.) A recent change in the banking platform stopped transfers between members.
