The store was clean and had some nice new inventory out however, the prices were a bit over priced so, I passed on those. Now I did indulge and found, a 1 blouse, 2 shirts and 1 sweat jacket to replace the pleather pant previously purchased for $54. The downside...of my shopping experience was the unprofessional attitude of the young lady that was the only one at the register to assist me during my shopping visit. I wish she was customer friendly and helpful...instead of being so stand offish and uncaring lazy. Wish I got her name as it's not on the receipt...guess for good reason. (See receipt...)

I don't understand how people get jobs. Working with the public. When they're rude. Music was disrespectful especially being a that sells women's clothes. Profanity sexual lyrics. I am a 64-year-old woman. And a minister. How is this allowed? In a store? Retired from retail. And loss prevention. Thank you to the young lady who helped us. Rainbow do better.

I apologized for being in her way, and she said nothing and went back to working. That is UNACCEPTABLE behavior towards customers. If there were no customers, there would be no employees. People need to really get that through their heads. I used to work retail (including Rainbow) and I always treated the customer with respect, even if I didn't like my job. If you're not customer service oriented, stop working in front facing customer positions.

In less than five minutes in the store, the three associates working all surrounded me from different angles but neither greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. I worked in retail almost 30 years. I know when I'm being profiled. If you want drab colors and are a size four this is the location for you. To prove my point, I asked the associate if they had any dresses. They had one, in black and the largest size they had was a 6. The Lululemon website has a total of 21 dresses, but they only have one option in this location. This is possibly my third visit to the location and each time I've left unimpressed with the selection of items offered. I don't have to visit this particular location any longer. The location near Lenox has friendlier associates and they carry an array of sizes.

As of today, I still have not received my order or any pickup confirmation email. I purchased these jerseys specifically to support Colombia during the World Cup period, and the order has now been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date. The delay caused me to miss the entire tournament despite ordering well in advance. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. When I contact Adidas customer service, I am told that the order has already been sent to the store. However, when I visit the store, I am told they cannot provide the order and that I must wait for an email stating the order is ready for pickup. Adidas customer service and the store continue to provide conflicting information, leaving me without my merchandise and without any clear explanation for the delay. I am not requesting a refund. I want Adidas to locate my order and provide the Colombia jerseys that I purchased and paid for. I also want Adidas to provide a clear explanation regarding the status and location of my order and why it has been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date.
