My favorite bargain place to shop. Compared to mall prices they are way cheaper have many name brands for a reasonable price. The employees are friendly at times, depending which ones are working I guess. I can always go there and find me some nice treasures. So if you're balling on a budget don't be ashamed to shop at Ross!!!! No one ever said you have to wear expensive clothes to look like a million bucks!!!! Stretch your dollar at Ross department stores. read more

Plenty of great dresses and tops here for larger women. Not enough shoes for women with longer feet. Clean, more organized than not. Staff are mas o menos. Some are engaging others are not. Some smiles others do not. We were there about an hour before closing so maybe that had some weight on the interaction so I won't rag on them. read more

The most organized of them all. They always have a fair share of "nonbroken/defective" items.

A FAN FOR LIFE! This is actually a really nice Ross. The store has very nice employees who politely greet you as you enter which is really consistent from store to store. Considering this has been a very busy shopping weekend, the store was clean and organized. It was well stocked with everything except the one item I was looking for, a warm poncho. Uggh! They had great accessories, like fashion and winter scarves, hats, gloves and of course many other items. If you are in need of some holiday decor items, you will find a nice selection of glassware, table linen, candle holders and door mats ornaments and more. Aside from clothing options, you could also purchase perfume, house slippers, make-up sets and bags as gifts. As usual, Ross always has great prices. This Ross has a jewelry department. read more

I just left the Ross store not because I didn't find anything I wanted to purchase but the customer service was so deplorable I no longer had an interest in spending my money at this establishment. As I left the fittings room I and returned one of my items to the attendant I noticed a cute dress on the put back rack. I literally took one step towards the dress and the attendant starts yelling at me stating you are not allowed back there. Keep in mind I am less than 12 inches from my starting point were I assumed I was safe. When I turned to inform her I was interested in seeing the dress she jumps in front me to and continues to yell not speak but yell you are not allowed to be over here. After I was allowed to speak she took the dress down turned it around once and put it back on the rack. It what world would I spend any money at this store if I am treated by unprofessional children in this way. Immediately after our interaction she continued to have her personal conversation with one of her friends on her head set. It saddens me that we can not experience the same quality service you would experience at a Ross location in a different community. Do better, train or fire your employees that do not live up to the mission of the company. read more

Twice a year, my business partner and I make an annual pilgrimage to the boutique. Greeted with warmth and hospitality, the hands-on owners tour us though the latest selections. I was really sad about my wedding dress. Ended up, returning it, and getting two dresses, one very simple wedding dress and a dress I do not need, since they do not want to give pur money back! I wasn't even able to reach the original price, which is higher. So, I have big credit with them, which I was not able to use! Since, they do not want to give my money back!
