I walked by several times and wanted to see what was inside Citi Plaza. The first store I saw was the Ardene and then Bulk Barrel. Bulk Barrel is large and had lots of good treats, and I bought some caramels but could have got more for our upcoming road trip if I didn't already have snacks! I continued walking down the mall and it seemed nearly empty with few shoppers and stores too. I looked at the directory and it seemed there was a food court but I didn't see stairs/escalator to go down. There was a way upstairs but it didn't look like there was anything open up there. By the directory was seating and a few people having a rest. I stopped and looking in the direction I didn't walk in yet but I could see the doors and not many stores so I made my way towards the library. It's too bad this space isn't more occupied as it's spacious and central and for tourists, they might want to spend a few dollars here. read more

For what this mall went through and is going through, I think it's doing a fairly good job. It's not the top of the line mall like Masonville Place and White Oaks Mall, but it's doing it's best to service the downtown area. The employees here are wonderful, friendly and helpful and always looking to help and they're always smiling. Citi Plaza is doing great for what it has overcome, just like any business it's looking to move forward. This mall has several offices upstairs, and businesses downstairs, such as Rogers Wireless, Bulk Barrel, Dollarama, Platinum Wireless and Ardene's, just to name a few. There is also a CIBC bank. The North side holds the food court, which consists of Subway, Arby's, Chinese and Yu's Sushi, and the library is on the south side of the building and they also have events going on during the weekends. You can find the fountain in centre court with benches to relax and sit for a bit. Access to the other side of the mall is also available without going outside. When the holiday season comes along, the tree they have up is beautiful, a lot of people come to take photos with it, as I experienced walking by. On weekends, the Library closes around 5pm so you'll have to access the other side to use the washrooms if you have to go, unfortunately they are only one one side of the mall. read more

Wouldn't call this a plaza anymore, or a mall of any sort really. It's offices with some retail space. Pull up a stool and let granny Bon tell you a little story about how this used to be a mall anchored by two department stores. It was the place to go downtown for your shopping needs. Then slowly as trends changed and strip malls and large malls grew in the suburbs this urban center began to be something different. It has gone through many changes and many names in the time I've lived in London. It's the mall that keeps going (despite lots of maintenance woes). It thinks it can... it thinks it can... Unfortunately now it's nothing more than a community center, Library, office hub with a shop thrown in here and there. I hope that the upgraded theater helps them out but given they put in the parole office last year and now have moved Ontario Works there to take up a large chunk of real estate I'm not sure it's enough. I'll still pass through and grab something from the bulk barrel from time to time, as well the post office, but eventually I feel like even those will be gone. read more

I go to this mall for only a few reasons - my bank, dollar store, bulk store (bus tickets) and Arby's. Those are decent enough reasons to me, but I know what this mall used to be like and it's a bit depressing walking through so much emptiness. I admire the owners for doing what they can to fill up the space, although I don't really know what's all there anymore. I can't remember the last time I ventured up the escalators. Rainbow Cinema is upstairs and I used to go fairly frequently, but even that hasn't happened in eons. So the places I frequent in this mall are good because they are convenient for my needs. And there are other services/businesses that are helpful if you work/live downtown, but it's definitely not a shopping destination. read more

Really nice atmosphere, as far as malls go. Unfortunately there are not too many stores here anymore. Probably the best Rogers and Bulk Barrel stores in the city, both have really friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Central Library and Goodlife are also both top notch facilities. read more

Citi Plaza has the potential of becoming an amazing business, too bad it's not. There are only a few successful stores located in the beautiful mall; library, Dollarama, Ardene, Sea Jewels, and a few food places. The upstairs is pretty much empty. They have massage chairs :D so that's good. The place can be sketchy since it's located downtown, so make sure you don't let your children run around the mall. Citi Plaza is clean and beautifully designed. Now all it needs is actual business. read more
