    The glue residue from them trying to glue the airbag shut that I apparently did when grocery shopping

    Zero stars! Bought a vehicle from them on 8/9 got myself into a 30k loan. I went out of town for a family emergency WITHOUT the vehicle on 8/10-8/11. 8/12-8/13 I drove the vehicle for work noticed a few issues. 8/14-8/15 Citi Auto was closed. 8/16 I went in there to speak to Joe and tell him about a few issues I was having. Issues are as follows. 1. Wind noise on highway speed. 2. AIRBAG IS SHOWING UNDER STEERING WHEEL. 3. Windshield nozzles are spraying the hood not the windshield. 4. Steering wheel shakes on highway speed. Joe said this list looks easy and I need to bring the vehicle back 8/25 when his mechanic is available. He said before the appointment take the car to a tire shop and have all the tires balanced and see if that is the issue for the shaking. 8/24 I had an appointment at Walmart had the tires balanced but the found a big bubble on side wall and said it needed to be replaced ASAP. I paid $48 out of picked for the balancing. Then drove straight to Citi Auto and told Joe he can have the Jeep for the next two days so he can make sure the list is completed and I can go back to work Friday 8/26. Joe called me a couple hours later and said it was done except for the tire that I have been driving two weeks and they will not replace the tire. Fine! I picked up vehicle nozzles still spraying hood, there was glue residue all over the dash from them trying to GLUE MY AIRBAG SHUT! They did nothing on the list. I'm mad now I call my finance company they did try to help but Citi Auto is refusing to do anything except trying to remove me from their front office. On 8/25 I took the vehicle to Jeep they told me that the airbag is PARTIALLY DEPLOYED AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED $1800. They also said they have no idea if it is functional or not and they do not understand how the light is not on. Joe's reasoning for not doing any thing is that I damaged the airbag by putting all my groceries under my steering wheel while driving home from the store and it damaged the airbag . He also told me I should just put a piece of Scotch tape to close the airbag and it will be fine. I have made complaints and reports waiting for responses and next step is taking legal action against them. I am a single mother been working hard on my credit and they just made me lose everything I have worked for but I am a fighter and I will not give up and I will not stop until the do right by me!!!!!!!!

My wife and I became interested in a split console design by Robalo with a Four Stroke Yamaha. I started a national search online and found a used boat that interested us at Florida Family Marine in Deland, Florida. While I was in Orlando on business, I made a call to Florida Family Marine and was fortunate enough to connect with Josh Gourley, the Sales Manager. From beginning to end, the process of acquiring the boat was made easy and enjoyable by Josh and the entire team at Florida Family Marine. The staff on Old New York Avenue politely showed me every aspect of the used boat, and they disclosed both good and not so good items and made everything on the boat 100% functional before I picked her up. They detailed the cushions and cockpit as well as the hull and made the boat feel new to me. The test drive on the St. Johns River (which included some much-appreciated trailering schooling) with Josh was more like a fun family outing with your relaxed brother-in-law than a shake-down run! Josh and the Florida Family Marine team take the hassles out of purchasing a used boat. Boats are expensive vessels in 2025, and this family business takes the risk and discomfort out of the process with a "customer first" focus from beginning to end. They are patient and thorough and insist on making the process an enjoyable effort. This is a model that should be emulated for used boat sales across the nation. I would very highly recommend Josh, Austin, and the entire Florida Family Marine Team.

That same day I was told it had already been sold, but they had the same model available in blue and white (bait). It wasn't my preferred color, but it didn't look bad, and they offered to work on the price and include a trailer, so I agreed to come in on Saturday.On Thursday they called me repeatedly asking if I could come in that same day, even "jokingly"suggesting I cancel a personal appointment. On Friday, the manager, Ben, texted me asking for my information to "start the process." I made it clear I preferred to handle everything in person and review the numbers first before anything else.On Saturday Ben texted me asking me if I was coming. I said I was on my way, coming from Kissimmee. After driving 1 hour and 45 minutes, I arrived and Oliver told me the Jet Ski had been sold. Unbelievable. They tried to show me other options that I had no interest in, either because of the price or the color. I came for a specific unit that I was told would be available for $13,500.Then Oliver showed me a 2026 model for $17,500. When I asked for a breakdown, the total came out to $25,000 after all the crazy fees i didnt know exist. That was shocking. I asked to speak with the manager, Ben, to explain my frustration and why I was leaving upset, and he became hostile and defensive, even raising his voice in front of my kid. I asked to end the conversation right there because my 8-year-old son was with me, and I didn't want him to witness that kind of behavior, i did walk away. The lack of professionalism and respect from the manager speaks volumes. Then 3 minutes after i drive away he called me from this number +1 (386) 218-0508 to apologize for his behavior, stating he didn't know anything about what was going on, so he asked me to come back so he could make me a good deal. I said right now I don't feel good after what just happened ((he's a lucky man he still has his job and I'm not in jail)). I will not be returning to this place. If you no longer have the product a customer is asking about, stop that calling and pushing them to come in just to try to sell something else(BAIT). My time and gas are valuable, and I was there with my young son when I could have been anywhere else.Very disappointing experience.     We repowered last year to a 300b. The initial repower is where the horror story begins…read more.... So they first told me if the 300b was too heavy they would call and swap it with the a. That was never done and my boat consistently takes on water since the repower to the point I had to put a second bildge in to feel comfortable. They call doing the first visit and recommended all new fuel lines, racor, ball assembly to fit Suzuki recommendations. That was done for around 700$ extra that's fine... I get the boat back and nothing is hooked up to the motor to read hours or fuel consumptions. Back I go. Get that fixed then our first trip with new motor is to the keys from Orlando. The motor sat in the water for the first week of its life because it's too big and doesn't even trim out of the water the whole lower unit sits underwater to the first prop. Oh did I mention I got my boat back with the plug in and over 500 gallons of water inside? I could shop vac water from my cuddy floor drain in the center deck of a 25ft dusky....... My whole hole was full of water.... They only put 1 of 2 boat plugs in..... So now fast forward some more it's not running after they put a new fuel sender in I've run out of fuel readying 3/4 tank full. They didn't even look. They just told me bad fuel to go home and change the fuel filter myself..... .............. Now I've taking somewhere different after finding my fuel filter absolutely roasted and being told it's from well before my repower. Steve acts like he's got you covered but seriously it's just a group of felons working on your boats with neck tattoos they don't care about your wellbeing offshore. I was told the guy who worked on my boat was fired. I was told my 100 hr service would be free and I'd get a free detail for all the handprints in oil and grease that they left my boat black with. This was supposed to be an awesome step into getting a more reliable COMMERCIAL fishing boat. Here's how they treated me. Also here's a picture of my "new racor and water separator " ......

    These guys will absolutely jack you on the price of an engine. Then not cover anything under…read morewarranty. They do the most half jacked work you've ever seen and then complain that they can't keep the same techs. Management doesn't care. DO NOT spend money at this place.
