I left and immediately could tell it was still not right. I brought it back twice and both times they said it was fine. He eventually said it must be a bearing and that he'd order it and to come back anytime to have it fixed. At this point I was leery and brought it to another mechanic. I explained to the new mechanic (approved by my insurance) what happened and gave him the receipt from M&L. He inspected the car and asked if he could call M&L directly to explain to him that he should do the right thing and refund us, which M&L said just tighten it up and it will be fine!! The new mechanic said the parts they used were wrong, not bolted tight enough and some of the things they listed that were done were in fact NEVER DONE!!! He said not only did they screw me but left me in a dangerous car(the tire could have fallen off at any time)!! Needless to say I'm working with my credit card to get my money back. The new mechanic said I should SUE them!!! DON'T EVER GO TO THIS CON ARTIST!!!

He gave me a price of $2800 to do the work last year, and 3 months later, he was still waiting for the parts. Another 3 months go by, and he tells me he can't install them and told me that he can install booster brakes and a obigger steering wheel to make steering easier. I asked for a new quote that I never got, and then he told me the steering column was broken and needed to be replaced, so the amount would be the same as the previous quote. I put a complaint with the Greenwood Lake police, that's where his new shop is located. I finally got the truck back, and it doesn't drive any different than when I brought it. He is definitely a caniving thief.

Keep me waiting for 6-8 months lying that he would get them back, and refused to reimburse me.  Also, he butchered my BMW and stripped the threads in the O2 emissions sensor, had to take it elsewhere to repair what he ruined. Had to file a complaint with the detectives at the Ringwood Police station. They are watching him. Real low-life crook.  Common thief. STAY AWAY!
